This is the second order from Acegolfs…
This is the second order from Acegolfs and I'm very pleased. I have two of the golf tanks with the ruffled collar. My mother-in-law saw it this summer and loved it. She turned 90 in September and so I decided to get one for her but I didn't know her size. She was so excited when she opened up the present and knew what outfit she was going to wear it with. When I processed my return with Customer Service, it was easy and quick. Jeawel gave me options but ultimately I decided on the refund and it was seamless. I can't thank Jeawel and Acegolfs for truly honoring what returns and customer service should be in an online world - exceptional. Thank you!

Good quality clothes and customer service! Had ordered a jacket in the same size months ago, and for some reason the size was off. However, I appreciate the kindness and promptly taking care of exchanging a larger size. Will be ordering more in the future! Love your clothes, and thank you!

Super Service! …
Thank you Colleen, Kenxi Jeiza, Irish, Gen, Aussie! Great!

Absolutely delighted with Acegolfs!
My first purchase was a navy tracksuit several weeks ago, and I loved it so much that I wore it on my flight home. One of the flight crew members actually stopped me to rave about it! Since then, I’ve purchased a couple of their tops and have received lovely compliments on those as well.
The quality of their garments is wonderful, the sizing is true to size, and shipping is fast. Although I don’t play golf, I’ve found their clothing perfect for casual outings and travel, with some pieces stylish enough for an evening out.
It’s such a pleasure to find clothing that looks beautiful, feels comfortable, and lives up to expectations. I’m so happy I discovered Acegolfs and look forward to adding more of their pieces to my wardrobe!

Customer service was prompt
Customer service was prompt. They are sending me a new outfit as the first one did not fit. I had ordered a small and it was quite larger. I am so impressed with this as companies would rarely do this. I am going to donate the other outfit to someone in need. Thank you thank you!

My experience has been amazing with customer service. My customer service rep was Roxanne. Response within 24 hours and very easy to work with for my return requested. I like how there are a couple options for a return or exchange they make it very easy if you need to do one or the other.

When I realized I needed to exchange my tops…
When I realized I needed to exchange my tops for another size, I sent my email w/pictures of the items to the service dept. I quickly received a response from Roxanne who explained what needed to be done and the timeframes I had to send the original items back. I mailed the items to the returns dept and again quickly received a response from Roxanne detailing what would happen next. I really appreciate her quick response time to my questions and her detailed answers on the process. I rarely receive such attention to detail from other companies when I interact with them. I truly appreciate Roxanne's help with my request to exchange the items.
