A Reasonable & Pleasant Refund Experience
I emailed to request a refund when I discovered an unusual defect.
I was pleasantly surprised with both the prompt nature of all email replies as well as the pleasant & agreeable tone by their rep Jazel.
Jazel requested a photo of the defect & he promptly replied with the confirmation the full refund was being processed.
We are forced to trust the vendor when purchasing remotely. Jazel has earned that trust and given my experience I encourage others to do the same.

What I received looked nothing like the picture. I immediately emailed 21gram when I received to see if I could return. Its been 6days. No answer. They said they'd respond 24hrs. I hate to get legal involved for a $98 item. Its the principle. I just want to refund. Anyone else having an issue reaching customer service?

I ordered 1/4 zip shirts
I ordered 1/4 zip shirts. They are very nice, and well made. The material is top-notch. I have 2 minor issues. Delivery can be a bit faster, but I understand because of the physical distance and the customs regulations. The sleeve cuff need to be narrower (more snug to the wrist). I found my glove velcro getting caught in the cuff often. Since this is a golf apparel, it should be considered.

Forget about reaching any kind of customer service so i have to try and dispute charge and go through that process. Had i known where it was being shipped from never would have ordered . Ordered was delayed
Ordered was delayed, they were accommodating but once the item arrived, it was not what I ordered. Nor did the quality merit the price. In my wifes words, this should cost $15 not $90.
