I ordered a womens shirt size XL …
I ordered a womens shirt size XL (normal size I wear) and it fit good on top but it was too tight in the middle section. As it was my first order I reached out to customer service and was contacted by Jeawell. She explained the whole return process to me and a larger size ordered for me. She was great. I was disappointed that I had to bump up to a 2XL. Waiting for the shirt to be delivered.

Return
I needed to return an item as it was big and I kept the smaller one. I sent them an email. The process was started quickly from their rapid response and because they were actually so helpful and really nice I took an exchange instead of a refund. I’m looking forward to receiving it. I was assisted firstly by Carina and then Efer both extremely helpful
