Returns policy and charges are a rip off!
Ordered a ladies top. It is very much mis-sized. Far too big on the shoulder and bust plus the arms come over the end of my fingers.
The lack of transparency regarding returns is a real issue. £25 to return a £74 top is a complete rip off.
Have been offered a 50% discount on the top, but it is unwearable.
Very disappointed in the service offered.
No response from Acegolf. Shocking!

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for your experience with the fit of the top, as well as your frustration regarding the return shipping fee and our response time.
We completely understand that a partial discount is unhelpful if the garment is unwearable due to sizing issues. Unfortunately, because key order details are missing from this review, we are currently unable to locate your account or previous communication history in our system.
We would truly love the opportunity to assist you further. Could you please reach out to us directly at service@acegolfs.com and mention "Attn: Flavia" in your subject line or message?
I will personally step in, locate your order, and do my best to provide a solution that works for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Warm regards,
Flavia

Acegolf shirts are the best
Acegolf shirts are the best. I have bought over 20 shirts, pants and skirts. This review is due to an exchange i requested. I mistakenly ordered the same shirt twice. The exchange was approved at once, A new selection has been scheduled for delivery within 10 days. Jeawel has been very helpful and made this a smooth, painless transaction. Thank you for such great customer support..Paula

Estimado/a Cliente,

Danke…..

Very happy with my purchases!
I have ordered 4 shirts from
Acegolfs and never been disappointed. The quality is great. The fit is perfect and the designs are so nice. I’ve gotten many compliments and I highly recommend them. There are many companies advertising on Facebook and I’ve been disappointed with so many products I’ve ordered and learned my lesson, but Acegolfs is true to their word and their products look like their pictures, etc..

Great garments that have upped my game
I ordered several golf tops in lovely bright colours and a pair of trousers. The shirts are so easy to wear and look amazing - very different and stylish from the norm in golf wear! Unfortunately, the trousers were too big, but Acegolfs replaced them with a smaller size and suggested I keep the larger pair which I have done - especially with Christmas' excessive eating round the corner.

What made my experience wonderful was the quick turnaround time for an answer. I appreciate that my situation got resolved quickly and efficiently. The proof is in the pudding. I’ve already purchased some more items and I love every single item that I have. One particular piece that was purchased was a green pattern dress. Although it’s a golf dress I wore it to work! It was a hit! I got so many compliments from peers and students.
Thanks Aussie

AceGolf delivers quality. A plus service
AceGolf delivers a quality made product. Through many washings and tough wear, they maintain their colors and shape. I no longer need to wear sunscreen on my body due to the spf of the cooling fabric. Their colors are bright and oh so much fun! I receive compliments wherever i go when wearing them. They also make wonderful gifts. Their customer service is terrific..
