I ordered a dress and it was too large
I ordered a dress and it was too large. I needed a small. Jazel assisted in helping me by giving my options for refund or return. I decided to get 50% off and I kept the dress. I’ll probably have a seamstress fix the dress so it fits.
Thanks Jazel.

Amazing customer service
I had ordered a beautiful sweater in size M. Being too big on me, I contacted customer service to exchange it for a size Small and got a prompt response to my request. Jeiza was very helpful by sending me the instructions on how to proceed for the exchange. No fuss, no worries. That’s what I call great customer service.

Enjoy what I’ve bought and exchanges were simple.
I have purchases a number of golf skorts and tops from Ace Golfs and I really like everything I’ve bought. Twice I have needed to exchange something b c I needed a different size or did not care for the piece on me. Both times my request was answered promptly, with no hassle. I give them four stars instead of five only b c the process took 2-3 weeks to complete.

Returns policy and charges are a rip off!
Ordered a ladies top. It is very much mis-sized. Far too big on the shoulder and bust plus the arms come over the end of my fingers.
The lack of transparency regarding returns is a real issue. £25 to return a £74 top is a complete rip off.
Have been offered a 50% discount on the top, but it is unwearable.
Very disappointed in the service offered.
No response from Acegolf. Shocking!

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for your experience with the fit of the top, as well as your frustration regarding the return shipping fee and our response time.
We completely understand that a partial discount is unhelpful if the garment is unwearable due to sizing issues. Unfortunately, because key order details are missing from this review, we are currently unable to locate your account or previous communication history in our system.
We would truly love the opportunity to assist you further. Could you please reach out to us directly at service@acegolfs.com and mention "Attn: Flavia" in your subject line or message?
I will personally step in, locate your order, and do my best to provide a solution that works for you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Warm regards,
Flavia

Estimado/a Cliente,
