Aarke Arvostelua 

I purchased an Aarke stainless steel water bottle in February from Globus in Geneva, expecting premium quality given the brand's reputation and pricing. Instead, I am completely shocked and appalled to find that the interior of the bottle is already rusting.
As a consumer, finding rust inside a vessel meant for daily drinking water is deeply alarming and poses genuine health concerns. This is completely unacceptable for a product marketed as "stainless steel”. The metal has corroded along the rim and threading. And I only used it for drinking water and only for 5 months!
If you are considering buying an Aarke bottle or any of their supposedly premium stainless steel products, I strongly urge you to think twice. The quality control must be problematic to say the least. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered the bigger glass replacement contacted Aarke to assist with returning , I received an email saying would I kindly dispose correctly and they would send me a free replacement. This may sound “ ok that’s not a big deal “. It’s 100% is for me as I’m a wheelchair user and cannot get out without assistance.

Der Kundenservice ist eine einzige Katastrophe, eine Anhäufung von Schikanen, Ausreden und immer neuen Forderungen. Eine Unverschämtheit, wir haben den Fehler begangen, bei Aarke direkt zu bestellen um nicht alles immer direkt bei Amazon zu ordern. Ein Riesenfehler! Unser Gerät sprudelt schon nach 4 Monaten nicht mehr und die Lösung des Problems zieht sich über mittlerweile 8 Wochen hin. Aarke tut alles, um uns NICHT zu unterstützen. Aberwitzige Videos, die wir erstellen sollen, unzählige Fotos die wir bereits per Mail zugesendet haben und dazwischen wochenlanges Nichtreagieren. Aarke hat 0-Sterne verdient. Wir sind jetzt über die Europäische Verbraucherschutzagentur bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden. Nie wieder Aarke!

Carborator 3 är snygg men har flera fel.
Kanske inte direkta fel, men ändå konstruktionsmissar som sammantaget gör den långt ifrån värd sitt höga pris.
Gummitätningsringarna i flasklocken trillar lät ur av sig själva. Se upp så de inte kommer bort!
Det kan också vara svårt att få flaskan att fästa. Du måste skruva upp i exakt rätt vinkel. Det är väldigt lätt hänt att "komma snett" med flaskan och då tar inte gängningen.
På betydligt billigare streamers har jag aldrig varit med om detta. Köp en Aarke om du vill ha nåt snyggt på bänken. Vill du ha en lätthanterad streamer - köp nåt annat.

Nous avons notre carbonator depuis des années et j'ai commandé des bouteilles de rechange et profité aussi de prendre les petites pour nos sorties. Par deux reprise il y a eu un problème de livraison mais Klara du service client à mis tout en place pour que enfin nous avons notre colis, un grand merci pour la réactivité.

Contacted Aarke directly after a kettle stopped working 2 years and 1 month after purchasing from Amazon. Warranty ran out at 2 years. Aarke asked me to send a video of the fault, then sent me a returns label. Once they had received the kettle they sent me a code to order a new kettle plus free postage too. Quick, friendly and helpful customer service (I had all email comms with Lennin).

Response time from the customer support is for this high price level much too long, but customer support is very friendly and find a solution for me!

The measure of any company is how they deal with a problem and in this regard Aarke have been excellent. We had a problem with our machine and after reviewing the photos Aarke agreed to replace it. If I could remove half a star it would be just to request faster reply times but the outcome was very good either way.

Fantastic customer support. Offered a replacement piece for something I couldn’t order and very prompt communications.

The products are beautiful and very well made. Unfortunately, we had to use the warranty service, but the process was handled quickly, and our kettle (after a year and a half of use) was replaced with a brand-new one at no cost. Special thanks to Lennin for the excellent follow-up and support.

The customer service is very friendly and patiently helps with any problem. I love my water filter and can taste a noticeable difference.

Kundservice och feedbackfunktionen fungerar inte. Det är mycket svårt att reklamera produkter eller få kontakt med företaget.

På grund av detta avråder jag från att handla hos dem.

Aarke sodastream begyndte at lække gas (defekt ventil) allerede efter 3 års brug. Flot design men dårlig/ingen service på reservedele. Måtte opgive og i stedet købe en stelton

So far, this is possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I purchased an Aarke kettle as a birthday gift for my daughter direct from aarke.uk.com. The kettle was delivered directly to her and worked for only two days before failing completely.
Unfortunately, the Aarke website provides no customer service phone number or live chat facility. The only contact option appears to be email, which generates an automatic response stating: "Please note that response times may be a little longer this week."
For a premium product costing £200, I find this level of customer support unacceptable. Not only has the product failed almost immediately, but I have also been unable to obtain timely assistance regarding a replacement or refund.
At present, I am left £200 out of pocket and my daughter is left with a faulty kettle that was intended to be a birthday gift.
I hope the company responds promptly and resolves this matter professionally. Should that happen, I would be happy to update and amend this review accordingly.

I am more than satisfied about the help and service of the people of the support team. Everybody I contacted was very polite, understanding and helpfull to solve my problem.

Na 7 jaar begaf mij Carbonator het. Er was een onderdeel stuk dat niet geleverd kon worden omdat de reparatie van dit onderdeel enige expertise vereiste. Uiteraard was de garantie verlopen. De correspondentie was snel, duidelijk en erg vriendelijk.
Ze hebben mij het nieuwste model aangeboden voor 50% van de prijs. Dat is klantvriendelijkheid.

Efter en hård start med 2 defekte kaffekværne er den 3. Kaffekværn
Super.
