Great carbonator but cylinder issues and terrible customer service
The carbonator is nice - definitely a better design than competitors such as Sodastream, both better-looking and more effective, with a handle instead of a button to press. However, getting replacement cylinders is currently impossible; they messed up my order, told me they were out of stock when I contacted customer service, then when I followed up again to ask when there would be stock, told me they'd messed up my order (and I guess lied to me the first time?) and that I had to place it again, and then a week later, after multiple follow-ups, told me that they were out of stock again and didn't have any cylinders to fulfill my order. And yet if you order cylinders early, so that you can go through all of this mess and not run out, they'll charge you £50 if you don't exchange your current cylinders within a week. It might be worth buying the carbonator, if you're happy using compatible competitor cylinders with it, but if you're not, be prepared.

Den kromade termosen är helt värdelös & fyller inte alls funktionen. Vi har försökt prata med kundsupport som bara verkar vara en AI chat. Går inte få tag på en fysisk person.
Vi är så missnöjda & besvikna.

Beim Kundenservice ist Geduld gefragt. Nicht nur, dass mein Problem mit dem Wasserkocher(es gibt keinen Signalton und er hört plötzlich auf zu kochen) mit Tips für den Carbonator beantwortet wurden, das dauert auch ewig! Da wird dann das problem per Mail eine Woche lang besprochen ohne Lösung!Ich habe mich entschieden den Wasserkocher zurück zu senden und dieser Prozess ist genauso zäh! Man bekommt kein Rücksendeetikett, muss erst auf Antworten warten… und dann ja auch auf den neuen Wasserkocher! Für 250€ darf man doch mehr erwarten. Am 1.4. bestellt, am 8.4. wurde er geliefert, seit 9.4. setz ich mich mit dem Kundenservice auseinander.

I love my carbonator pro and am impressed with client service. The initial device received was defective, and they promptly sent a replacement. Super responsive and I will without doubt recommend them.
Exceptional machines, product and customer service
I purchased the Coffee Brewing Machine first and loved it immediately, so I followed up with buying the bean grinder unit as well. They work together to grind the exact amount of beans needed for the amount of coffee I am making with the Coffee maker unit. It allows you to simplify making a great cup or cups of coffee each morning with freshly ground beans and makes one of the best tasting cups of coffee I have made in my coffee drinking lifetime. After buying and using just about every maker's top of the line machines, from the drip to the automatic espresso and drink machines of today, I finally found the Aarke line that has created machines without major plastic parts and that is designed with such thought and care to alleviate those issues that all the brewing devices have. What takes this machine over the top - I would give it more than 5 stars easily, is the superb customer service and support that you get from the Aarke team. They are there to answer questions and help you through making the products they sell work just as they promise they should.
Replaced my faulty kettle without any hassle
My Aarke kettle stopped responding out of nowhere. Contacted support, provided a video and serial numbers, and Aarke quickly concluded it needed replacing. They sent a return label, and once shipped, provided a 100% discount code plus free shipping to order a new one directly from their site. Clean, straightforward process. Maria in Nordic support was responsive and handled everything professionally. Genuinely good customer service.
Carbonator 3 broken after a year + lack of response
I purchased a Carbonator 3 directly from Aarke (order SE5818), but the unit appears to be defective.
During carbonation, gas leaks from the joints in the machine and water is drawn back into the unit. With a new cylinder, some carbonation works, but a significant amount of gas escapes through the machine instead of going into the bottle.
I have tested with three different cylinders, so the issue is clearly with the product itself.
After looking into it, I can see that I am not alone in experiencing this exact issue, and others have also reported lack of response from support.
I have contacted support multiple times but have not received any response. This is very disappointing, and I would expect better support for a product in this price range.
I hope this can be resolved promptly.

Sparkling good product, fantastic support
Very good product, easy to use and make sparkling water. The device looks good in the kitchen, does not take up much space. The cylinder is very potent, it goes a long way for many bottles of sparkling water. When the replacement cylinders were unavailable locally the staff at Aarke went out of their way to ensure I received replacement cylinders from them. This was very impressive, a customer support team that *really* exists, no AI bot replies that drive a cusomer crazy ;-)

We cherished our beautifully designed Aarke Carbonator as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned after a while, but I am thankful for Aarke’s responsive customer service. They sent instructions and videos to help fix it. Most of all, I appreciated their generosity in replacing the faulty unit.

One of the three bottles I have for the carbonator developed a leak. I contacted support for an exchange and was promptly told that they would send me a new cap. That was indeed the solution to my problem.

Very bad customer Experience!
Very bad customer Experience!! Aarke owes me 100£ as I have sent back several empty bottles. They acknowledge it but just don‘t manage to make the repayment.
Had to send 3 e-mails but still nothing happened after months. No call centre available either

Pot beaucoup trop fragile
Le joint de la partie filtrante est tellement fort que, lors de la séparation entre les deux parties, le pot en verre s’est brisé.
Je n’ai pourtant pas une force démesurée, (72 ans, 55 kilos..) et j’ai tiré délicatement, sans torsion, consciente de la matière fragile du pot.
