Spitzenentwurf, miserable Ausführung
Meine Erfahrung mit Stelton ist leider wenig zufriedenstellend. Vor kurzem habe ich ein 6 teiliges Set des Bestecks "Maya" bestellt. Als das Besteck ankam war ich sehr enttäuscht. Bis auf das Menümesser und die Dessergabel waren alle Besteckteile schlecht verarbeitet. Besonders die Menügabel und der Menülöffel. Der Löffel von "Maya" hat eine typische, scharfe Prägung der Laffe. Diese war in diesem Fall völlig unklar und verwischt. Bei der Gabel war die Prägung nicht ganz ausgeführt, sodass sie an den Seiten 3mm vorher einfach aufgehört hat. Es wirkt so, als würden hier abgenutzte Prägeformen verwendet und nicht mehr in neue Formen investiert. Vielleicht hatte ich aber auch einfach nur Pech, dass ich schlechte Teile bekommen habe. Das ist sehr schade, denn eigentlich wäre das Besteck wirklich sehr schön, auch von der restlichen Verarbeitung. Aber so etwas geht gar nicht, schon gar nicht bei dem Preis. Es würde mich freuen, wenn die Firma mir ein gut ausgearbeitetes Besteck als Ersatz schicken würde.

Avoid this company - Scam Products
Avoid this company! I bought a Solis Oil Lamp - expecting to receive a working oil lamp. Instead I received a metal container, which obviously cannot be used as an oil lamp as it has a hole in the bottom. When I asked, I was told that the "oil lamp" requires a separate oil cartridge but they don't sell that anymore and cannot tell me where to buy one! The "oil lamp" is useless but they refuse to give me my money back. It is a scam.

Bestellung wurde zügig und korrekt geliefert. Ich bin sehr froh. daß ich die Ersatzteile bekommen habe.
Die Kannen waren nicht billig, aber ich freue mich täglich über das schöne design und dir gut Qualität.

Bestellung und Lieferung haben sehr gut funktioniert.
Die Qualität ist nur befriedigend, die Thermoskanne hat leichte Produktionsfehler an der "Nahtstelle".
Ich werde sie trotzdem behalten, da die Rücksendung sehr teuer ist (über 20 Euro).
Das Ersatzteil (Griff) passt leider nicht mehr zu meiner Edelstahlkanne (die inzwischen schon 20 Jahre alt ist)
