Aarke Arvostelua 

I bought an Aarke kettle in May. Pricey, but I really liked the design. Received it a week later, dented and smeared with some oily stuff. A weird thing to happen, but not as weird as how their customer service (didn't) handle it. They spent about a month trying to figure out WHY they had sent me a used item, before finally responding to my follow up emails and telling me how to ask for a replacement. When I had done so, they told me to repeat the process in a slightly different way because they wanted to wanted to compensate me for the mishap. Fair enough, I thought, having wasted hours on end trying to get a replacement at all. So I filed the report again. The compensation turned out to be....a 10% discount on my next purchase from them. Something everyone gets who signs up for their news letter. Astoundingly inadequate treatment of an issue that initially was just annoying, but now makes me wonder how they think they will keep their reputation as a luxury brand.

Otroligt snygg kaffebryggare rent designmässigt, men där tar tyvärr fördelarna slut. Den är opraktisk i vardagen och dessutom mycket svår att hålla ren. Redan efter en relativt kort tids användning ser den därför inte lika fräsch och tilltalande ut som när den var ny.

Med tanke på priset hade jag förväntat mig betydligt mer. Jag kan därför inte rekommendera denna bryggare, särskilt inte med tanke på den höga kostnaden. Själv kommer jag att återgå till min Moccamaster, som enligt min erfarenhet är både mer praktisk och användarvänlig.

Nous avons acheté la aarke carbonnator qui se trouvait dans notre résidence secondaire, utilisation faible 1 semaine par mois, l'été dernier le joint est tombé j'ai essayé de le remettre, il est difficile à installer idem avec le joint neuf fourni. Soit il ne tient pas, soit à la première pression le gaz s'echappe dans le contenant où se trouve la bouteille. J'ai contacté le SAV l'année dernière et toujours pas de réponse. Ce qui est inadmissible pour un produit à ce prix. L'an passé j'ai donc décidé d'acheter une machine 5 fois moins chers qui fonctionne plusieurs fois par jour depuis 1 an. Je suis très déçue du manque de suivi des clients par cette marque. Si on se veut haut de gamme on effectue un SAV " Haut de gamme " et non absent.

Der Kundenservice ist super und sehr zuvorkommend. Schnelle Bearbeitung des Anliegens! Hier hat man noch das Gefühl, dass der Kunde König ist!
Das Gerät ist ebenfalls super!

Bought a new carbonator pro that was defect. Had to Contact Support, wait a few days, answer questions, wait a few days to then getting a mail with the Standard link for replacement.

Where I had to enter all the Information again and wait again.

The product Looks nice but the Support is very disappointing!

EDIT: After finally getting the label to return the defect machine I had to wait again and on top I got messages from two different support centers that obviously were not aligned - can not recommend the support at all.

I’ve been really impressed with my Aarke Carbonator. It has quickly become part of my daily routine, and the design is just as beautiful as it is functional. It feels solid, is easy to use, and makes sparkling water that tastes great.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely appreciated my feedback. It’s refreshing to see a company that cares about both its products and its customers.

If you’re looking for a well-made sparkling water maker that looks great on the counter and performs beautifully, I’d definitely recommend Aarke.

Carbonator now broken but out of guarantee.
CO2 canister exchange was quite unreliable at times and canisters are expensive.
Carbonators expensive and more style over substance.
They are bulky and not that attractive when you see them in reality. Colour choice could be a factor here. They look good on the website though.
Very disappointed and have gone back to buying bottled sparkling water.

Dreadful customer service and processes. Despite husband in hospital I’m constantly being hounded on a cylinder order - when I’ve already returned cylinders which had been acknowledged. Definitely do no bother with using their services as they are dreadful

Sent multiple emails, zero replies. Returned my package via Aarke provided DHL Parcel Connect and tracking has shown no updates since drop-off, possibly lost. Aarke do not care and do not respond.
For a premium priced brand, the after-sales service is disgraceful. They clearly think they can ignore customers and get away with it.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal and will be opening a dispute and chargeback to protect my purchase. Buyer beware, they do not care about you once they have your money.

I have the carbonation pro, purifier and the kettle. They all look very great.
After three years now I had an issue with the kettle and was supported by customer service immediately. The issue was quite strange and they offered to send me a new one to replace it. Really awesome!
I also bought a new glass for my purifier as it broke when cleaning and an additional glass bottle for the carbonation for when we have guests. Weirdly only the glass arrived and when I reached out to customer service they immediately resolved the issue and offered a new shipment or reimbursement. I opted for the reimbursement and it was issued instantly. Really awesome customer service and love the products!

Unbelievably bad service. There's no phone number to call. I've written emails a half dozen times. I bought a kit that was supposed to include a cot cartridge, and it never came. After following up, they said they'd sent it again, and now I still haven't received anything a month later. Terrible company, terrible experience, not what you should expect from a Swedish luxury brand.

£200 kettle faulty. Beeps when kettle not boiling. Video proof sent via email and to customer service chat on site. Chased both lines of communication twice and I've been ignored both times. Would not recommend shopping with this company

I had a problem with my kettle. They send me directly a video to solve the problem. So, a good service.

Ich hatte einen Purifier bestellt, die Glaskanne auf der Innenseite einen Materialfehler (langer Kratzer mit mehreren kleinen angeblätterten Stellen). Nach Beschreibung des Problems und mehreren übermittelten Bildern wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Ersatzkanne geliefert.

This is an expensive but high quality item. The associated instructions were clear and it produces very clean tasting water. I had a minor issue with a couple of scratches on my glass jug and the customer support was excellent with a very prompt response and a replacement jug.
