I find products from Aarke super stylish and I just felt in love with the kettle in sand colour. By the first delivery the kettle had some cosmetic imperfections, however customer support reacted very quickly and came up with two possible options. I chose the replacement option and now looking forward for the second delivery. My personal thanks to Lennin, who supported me through the whole process.

We were recommended Aarke carbonators by another family member. Although our experience has not been as glitch free as theirs, the customer service has been excellent. Our unit malfunctioned a week or so ago. After sending in some details and videos so they could try to identify the problem, we were given us some advice on how to rectify it. This didn’t work, but a replacement arrived the next day. I liked that they tried to help us resolve it 1st to avoid it having to be recycled if necessary, but when they couldn’t remedy the fault, they sorted it out really quickly. Special thanks to Klara who assisted us.

My Carbonator unfortunately developed a defect, so I contacted customer support for assistance. From the very beginning, Klara from the support team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

She guided me through several troubleshooting steps and genuinely tried to find a solution remotely. When it turned out that the issue could not be resolved through remote support, she handled the situation in a very professional and generous way by offering me a 100% replacement for a new product.

The entire process was smooth, uncomplicated, and very customer-oriented. I especially want to highlight how kind, understanding, and supportive the communication was throughout the whole experience.

I bought this kettle because people rave about the quality and customer service - that it's a buy it for life item. Well I received my kettle and it has some sticky green residue on the surface of it, clearly either already used or not passing a very high standard of quality control before being sent to me. I tried to contact Aarke but they have no phone number, only an online submission form and they've totally ignored my emails. I'm still getting their promotional spam about signing up for the warranty though!

Firstly, Aarke's carbonator is stunning. The cylinder exchange works beautifully. Secondly, when I contacted customer services to ask them to correct a mistake that I had made it was dealt with within a few hours. The way the lady of customer services communicated with me was exemplary. Old fashioned customer services. It actually feels good to be an Aarke customer.

Handled excellently

I'd been eyeing the Carbonator 3 for a while before actually going for it. Had a few questions before placing the order and got real, thoughtful answers. That already set the tone. A national strike delayed my delivery, which actually gave me a chance to see how Aarke handles the unexpected. Reached out, got a genuine human conversation.

The product? Carbonator 3 has a beautifully built: solid stainless steel, satisfying to hold and use, and the sparkling water it produces is genuinely great. Just got it and I'm already done with plastic bottles for good.

Because the sustainability case was clear before I even ordered: no disposable bottles, rechargeable CO2 canisters, a product built in Europe to last years not months. It all adds up to a choice that actually makes sense long term.

Couldn't recommend it more.

Don't buy if you live in Switzerland as you pay import and duty fees which you won't by buying in any store as they ship from Sweden. Makes no sense!

As I cannot answer to Aarke's reply, it is true that it states that taxes and duties may apply. Was not very obvious. It's just annoying that you assume you purchase it in Switzerland but then you don't. Why even change currency if I transact via Sweden? I cannot ship back the bottles as they are in use now and you only get the hefty bill from Fedex weeks later. As stated, better buy it from a store in Switzerland than online as Aarke does ship it from Sweden

Onlangs een Kettle gekocht tot grote tevredenheid. Hij is niet goedkoop, maar als je van design houdt en een high end product zoekt, is dit hele een goede keuze.
Ten eerste ziet hij er fantastisch uit, hij is redelijk stil en ook nog regelbaar met temperatuur.
Met recht een Top apparaat!

I bought a carbonator two years ago off Amazon. It had to be replaced because it was faulty. Amazon refused to exchange it, they only do refunds - however the price was higher. I bit the bullet and replaced it at a loss. Same thing happened again this year. 3 Carbonators in 2 years and the brand keeps raising prices. They advertise premium products, but their Customer Service is awful. Try writing them an email, they will respond in 3 days if they respond at all. I've written 6 emails to get information on my order Cylinder Exchange. Just an awful company and brand to work with from UK at least.

After having an issue with my carbonator, Aarke offered tremendous help to fix the problem and offered an outstanding after-sale service. This is what I call premium, not only the product but also the client service! Many thanks again.

The guys at Aarke went above and beyond with their customer service. I recently purchased a Glass Carafe Purifier, and during unpacking I believe I may have cracked the glass. I reached out hoping to buy a replacement as soon as possible, as it was a Mother's Day gift — and not only did they reply promptly, they sent a replacement glass carafe immediately, no questions asked.
I was simply hoping to purchase the broken part, but they chose to replace it without hesitation.
It's rare to find products that are both well-designed and nicely crafted, backed by customer service that matches that same standard. This time, both exceeded my expectations.

Update: Aarke apologized and sent a replacement carafe, which I appreciate. Bumping the rating to reflect that.

The original issue: coffee maker arrived with a shattered carafe, packed with no real protection around it - damage in transit happens, but this one was set up to fail from the warehouse.

The support experience still needs work, though. It took a long stretch of silence - multiple contact form submissions with no acknowledgement and an Instagram message with no action - before anything happened. A premium price tag should come with a premium response when something goes wrong, and a single contact form as the only support channel isn’t enough when it goes unanswered. Glad it was eventually resolved, but the path to get there shouldn’t be this hard.

5 Sterne für den Kundenservice! Mein aarke Carbonator pro ist nach einem Jahr Gebrauch kaputt gegangen (Plastikteil im Gehäuse gebrochen). Rechnung hatte ich nicht mehr. Dank der Seriennummer hat Klara vom Kundenservice aber sofort das Gerät erstattet inklusive kostenlosem Versand! So geht Kundenservice! 1 Punkt Abzug für den Defekt am Gerät, für so einen hochpreisigen Designartikel erwarte ich eine höhere Lebensdauer.

We had an issue with our Carbonator Pro, I reached out to Aarke. The case has been handled gently and profesionally on top of being resolved very quickly. One mail with the requested information, a few days and they got back to us with a great solution. I recommend Aarke for their products and for their service.
