Please, please do not trust this company, they don’t do what they say, I placed an order, received part of it, never sent the rest but charged my card, keep saying it is on the way but sure I will never see it. You send them a message, it says sorry we will get back with you we are out cleaning the ocean. BS!!!! They are cleaning customers pockets. Read up on this company before you support it, I didn’t, wish I had.😡

I love the bracelet and the work being done by the teams. Just received the starfish one, but can’t adjust it. What is the piece tying it together?

I greatly admire their mission and would fully support it, except for one thing: I don't shop online, and when I contacted them to ask if I could order their bracelets through the mail and pay with a check, they told me they only accepted online orders, which would mean my having to put my credit card information online from my home computer, which I don't feel safe doing. I don't use PayPal, either. I have a strict rule about not purchasing anything over the internet. Period. If 4oceans would accept mail orders for their bracelets, instead of insisting they can only be made online, I would be happy to purchase one or more of their bracelets. It's too bad they have to limit customers' choices when it comes to method of payment. Still, I admire their mission, and wish to encourage their efforts.

I absolutely love this company and their mission! Most people don't realize how much plastic is in the ocean and how it is affecting animals and plants. However, these people make it their goal to clean plastic out of the ocean and make it into bracelets. When I received my bracelet earlier today, I was extremely excited! I ordered the sea otter one and I was extremely impressed with the quality and style of the bracelet. It came in about 3 weeks, which was fine because there was no rush for me to have it arrive. I know many people are saying that they are disappointed with how long it takes to get there, but I think that it doesn't matter, just knowing that most of the money you spend to buy the bracelet is going to clean the oceans and save the animals. The plastic pieces on the bracelet even smelled like the ocean, which was very hysterical to me, but it was nice to be reassured that this company wasn't just a scam. Please give this company a chance and help save the aquatic life!

When I first found out about these bracelets I absolutely loved them and I still do but over time I have three replacements after them braking. I’ve asked 4ocean about how I can stop them braking and there wasn’t a real response except from keeping it away from harsh chemical - I don’t stick my hand in bleach - while this they are a great brand for a amazing cause

Really don’t even want to give the company one star. Shipping is so slow it’s ridiculous! And it’s not just at the holiday season; the same lag occurred when I ordered earlier in the year.,
Also, now I’m wondering how much $ actually goes toward the mission of cleaning up our glorious oceans and how much goes to the owners. From now on I will only support nonprofit organizations.

Product great...when it turns up. 4 items for Christmas presents order with 6 weeks to deliver but they haven't made it here yet. The Company graciously replaced my order on December 14 but that one won't be here on time either. My first order cam in 8 days earlier in the year.

I love 4o such good products for a great cause. I have received several bracelets and and a bottle. Al great quality. I ever broken a bracelet within a year and they replaced it 🖤🌊

Well here it is December 20 /2019 and still no bracelet. I ordered December 3 /2019. I'm located in Southern Ontario/ Canada. I have driven to Florida many time which usually taking me 24 hours, but a little bracelet takes longer than 2 1/2 weeks. Ordered multiple parcels this year for Christmas and this item is the only one that I haven't received.

About a year ago my best friend really wanted the Shark 4Ocean bracelet, and I, being completely clueless, thought to myself: "4Ocean what?" I had no clue what this initiative was about. I then made my research and absolutely fell in love with the idea.

However I was a little sceptic at first. It was December 15 2018 and I was scared the bracelet wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas and even more scared it wouldn’t be good quality. I think we can all agree that with all the different online shopping sites who sell a multitude of different products it’s starting to be hard to know which ones we can trust.

So I started reading reviews on the product I wanted to buy and after seeing all the satisfied customers I decided to buy.

Now the only question left: would it arrive on time?

By December 21st my package hadn’t arrive, I feared my package was lost… I was worried but logically I figured... Holiday rush, shipping to Canada, the actual number of business days between my order and Christmas day (which was 5 by the way)… all those factors counted in I understood that it would be a possibility that it would arrive a little later than I originally wanted it too, but all of that was my fault… I had just ordered it a little too last minute.

None the less I wrote to customer service to tell them my story and see if they could help. Within 10 minutes of chat the person on the other end decided to kindly offer to send me my order a second time in case it had gotten lost and add to that order the original blue 4Ocean bracelet. I was amazed by how nice, kind and understanding these people were on the other end of my computer chat.

I ended up receiving the bracelets a little after Christmas but my best friend was so grateful and obviously so was I. It was such good quality, I had hardly ever seen such good products from other independent companies.

After wearing the bracelet for a full year, showering with it, doing chores with it, showing it off at parties, and not taking it off, almost ever, (except that one time where my hand got stuck in trunk of a car, from the back seat – clumsy me, don’t mind me) I started to notice it becoming a tiny bit looser and I got scared I would damage if I continued wearing it 24/7 for another year.

So this led me to today. December 19th 2019 I wanted a new bracelet I could never take off and I was feeling a little nostalgic I was considering buying the full 2018 and 2019 collection but had a few questions for customer service before I did. After a lovely chat with the girl on the other side of my customer support conversation and me asking WAY to many questions (that was my opinion and she reassured me it was okay, so sweet), I landed on the subject that my 4Ocean bracelet had unfortunately “passed on” from my wrist to my shelf (yes I kept it) and asked her if there was a way to fix mine or if I should just buy a new one. She then pointed out that they had a year warranty on bracelet. Thing is I didn’t know when my last purchase had been (She’s the one who was able to recover my order from a year ago). She took my email and told me it had been on 12/15/2018 which was just a teeny tiny bit over a year but she kindly offered to exceptionally send me another one free of charge.

I was mind blown. If I was already in love with this company I was now head over heels for and this is why I am writing this today. Yes it’s a long review, but reviews are what convinced me to buy from 4Ocean in the first place and hopefully, this review will convince others (and you dear reader) to buy from this company if their amazing videos and marketing hasn’t done that for them (you) already.

Overall the importance of this message is that 4Ocean has amazing quality products which I love (and plan to buy more of), has created an impressive, even astonishing initiative and has HANDS DOWN the best customer support I have ever gotten in contact with.

I’ve bought 8-10 bracelets for myself and gifts because we are really impressed what 4Ocean is doing! This is mainly for donations and the bracelet is to show support and spread the word!

People complaining about the bracelets need to realize this and if the are not purchasing them for the movement, the may want to get bracelets someplace else.

Not one of the bracelets have broken and I’ve swam in saltwater in Hawaii and wear them 24/7 (Over a year) I’m also buying all my Christmas presents from 4Ocean this year. It’s a way to support the clean up and plastic awareness and spreading the word.

These guys are amazing and making a huge difference in the world! Thank you!

At first everything worked out great and I could manage my account fine. But then you guys changed the page layout and I have been unable to cancel my monthly subscription.

I love what you guys and all the teams around the world are doing, the impact you are making to not only the environment but also the social impact by improving lives of people that live in poorer parts of the world who have governments that do not have priorities on global environmental issues. I donate every month and thank you for the bracelet I receive every month, but I would like to request that you keep the bracelet. I live in the UK and the impact of flying it to me every month is probably pretty harmful. I want to make ethical choices and think about the consequences of my choices and this is a great place to start. Keep my money every month and continue your amazing work, no need to send me the bracelet as well. Good luck and may you continue till we no longer have plastics in our oceans! Stacey

I actually haven't responded to your TV ads yet. I can't get past you 2 promoting this worthy cause while standing there without any shirts on. It's a turn off. Please put your clothes on, and maybe I'll take you more seriously.

I love the idea and I have 2 bracelets but I wish they were smaller. I have very skinny wrists so when I tighten it the strings are really long and annoying. And they're kinda hard to adjust especially alone!

Went surfing last week and lost three plastic balls of the bracelet though it was under a wetsuit. Another case was when thread got broken and all balls went through the boat, very lucky we were inside.

If you spend a lot of time near the water you should not wear it because that plastic will get back into the oceans.

Who really cares about the bracelet? It’s a small token to remember the great service this company is doing! Cleaning up our oceans is what’s important.. I give each year and don’t really care what they send me, but it’s really nice they send me something! How many other companies do this?

I was super thrilled about my experience with 4ocean. I have had my bracelet since the end of June. Unfortunately, it broke yesterday. I took a photo of it and used Facebook messenger to contact them. They responded within minutes. Even though I purchased my bracelet from a giftshop, at a lighthouse in Maine, they still were willing to send me a new one. They were super kind and my new bracelet is already on its way.
