When my bracelet broke, they provided me with a pleasant solution in less than 5-hours. Could ask for a better service ;-)

I have bought several 4Ocean bracelets over the past few years. One time I didn’t recieve a bracelet and they send a new one for free! I love the bracelets but the quality of some could be better.

My daughter spent her own money and purchased one on vacation. She has only had it 2 weeks and the string broke. There is no customer service phone number and they are not responding to any emails. Very sad that a company doesn’t provide ANY customer service.

I have bought several 4Ocean bracelets over the past few years.
My children, my friend’s children, my children’s friends all wear them.
I understand that some people on here think they’re a scam as they haven’t received their bracelet.
I’m in the UK. I have safely taken delivery of every order. (Including water bottles). I have also not paid import duty so far.

4 Ocean are a business. They need money to operate.

I’m happy to pay $20USD per item if it really does help reduce ocean pollution.

At least they’re doing something, unlike governments worldwide, who are not.

Ordered a bracelet to support the cause it never arrived. I posted my concerns on trustpilot and 4ocean within minutes reordered and offered to refund. I told them to keep the money, I wanted a bracelet. Its an important cause!!

Very disappointed bought my bracelet, I’m in the uk got notified that I will have to pay an extra £12 import tax it may be in your small print but you could warn people before they buy ! Will never order from you again or recommend your charity

I purchased a polar bear bracelet and it began to fall apart after a few months of wear. I contacted the company through twitter, and they were extremely helpful and immediately offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Amazing customer service.

A word of caution fans: if you like their bracelets (and I do) make sure you order them directly from the 4ocean website. You can them cheaper and faster at Showcase or Amazon, but they'll come packed heavily in plastic which defeats the whole purpose. I was very disappointed when I got a coral bracelet that way.

love the braclet and if this pays to pick up any garbage out of the ocean it is worth it.

I believe in what you're doing. I checked and made sure before I purchased n two water Bottles. I saw a photo of a seal who's head was caught in a plastic bag. This has to come to an end. The rest of the world should follow suit.

I looked into this company before I paid for anything. I believe they are doing something good for our planet and for all the creatures that call the ocean's home. I ordered bracelets and I will order more. I also wrote them asking if they sell their sticker's so I could buy some for my new car and they not only answered, they sent me a bunch that we can hand out at our shark party. They did not ask for money or postage, they just sent it! So they are not a charity...I believe in what they are doing and that's good enough for me! My daughter and I loved our bracelets and will be ordering more.

Beautiful but I can’t get the slip knot to tighten or loosen while all my other bracelets tighten easily

Love the bracelets and what they represent. Great colors and design and my daughter (13) and I give them to everyone we know.

Selling plastic to have less plastic in the world.That's just stupid. Also, 20 dollar? How is that divided. Open up your financial books....

4ocean tried to remove my review. But this is a honest review that they should keep. The person removing the review should think twice.

I love my bracelets...it's nice to show that you care about the environment. When I got my first one, I didn't know how to adjust it and when I wrote to them, they immediately sent my another one free of charge and showed me how to adjust the size. I lived in California for 30 years and don't want to see the pollution in our oceans.

A few days ago I would have rated it a 1 but I sent an email to them I got told that my bracelet had been lost. But now that I've got it, it's perfect.

I have been really appalled scrolling through some of the low rated reviews. Its obvious people are not seeing the BIG PICTURE. 4ocean is NOTin the bracelet business.

And by the way, the bracelets I received were just fine..

I understood I wasn't buying a gemstone high quality bracelet.. rather, something that had been recycled from the crap 4ocean gather from our precious oceans..

Keep up the Great work.. I pick up crap as often as possible on our beaches and speak out when possible..

While I understand 4ocean is working for a good cause, their
bracelet isn't worth the price of postage. Mine lasted ONE day
before it fell apart. The knots don't hold together and you can't
keep it on you're wrist. Good luck trying to get someone from 4ocean
to respond back to you. Consider the money a donation not a
purchase.
