It would be good if you could make the braclets adjustable - everytime I wear my braclets they fall off!

Please could 4Oceans make it MUCH more obvious to their UK supporters that they WILL have to pay an £11.49 customs charge on a $20 bracelet and they could buy their bracelet from UK partner of 4Oceans SOUL HIPPY....and have more money to support good causes...rather than giving it to the government......

I ordered the yeti rambler white cup, stickers, and bracelet and they threw in 4 more stickers. I work in piping construction industrial also have lawn care on the side this is the toughest bracelet ever. I hit it hang and wet it; no problem and the stickers were fine, also love the white 4 ocean yeti which speaks for itself awsome products.

I love 4Ocean and I think that they are a really good cause and I wish I could give it 6 stars but I can’t because I was a little disappointed. Back in July I got the Manta Ray bracelet from and aquarium I visited but just last week after only having it for roughly around 2 months it broke. I did contact 4Ocean and they gladly sent me out a new one free of charge and I came today but when I opened it they had given me the Whale shark one even though I said I had the Manta ray. Even on the shipping paper it said one Manta ray bracelet and they had given me the card info and Manta Rays but yet I got the Whale shark. It was a little disappointing but it’s okay I guess cause the whale shark is a beautiful bracelet. Other than that problem I think 4Ocean is amazing my dad has two bracelets and both my brothers each have one.

The website is great and they seem to be very nice people. If you have any trouble they are happy to help

I’ve bought three of their bracelets. Two with the beads and one without and they all fit and wear so well. The sizing guide was perfect. Love the work they do too.

Beware if buying from UK. I was more than happy to pay for the bracelet but £12 UK custom charges for a charity bracelet costing $20 is ridiculous why don’t 4 Ocean help? Recommend UK buyers buy from UK sources to support this worthy charity.

I just received my bracelet and I feel it was not worth the money, the charm was put on the braided bracelet so tight and is so small, you can't even tell what it is! I was very excited to donate and get my bracelet but boy what a let down..

Great Customer Service! I was worried my order wouldn't arrive because the 'tracking my package' service said it was stuck somewhere for a few weeks. I emailed the CS for further information and the lady who replied to me was very nice and informative. The bracelet arrived a few days later and it was (still is) in perfect conditions.

I recently reviewed the customer service for 4Ocean stating that it was a little slow on tracking my order, and most likely was due to COVID. Well, I received a lovely note from Nicole stating that I checked out as a guest when purchasing my 2nd and 3rd bracelets and she kindly moved my order into my account for ease of tracking! Thank you, Nicole, for correcting MY error! Five star service, and what a great charity!

Ive just been in contact with 4 ocean and they've reimbursed me for the full cost. It seems that customs and excise have charged for a replacement that was sent free of charge so its customs that are at fault and not 4 ocean. They've also given me two options to buy from the UK so no customs charges. Anyone thinking of buying should look for the UK sites so all your money goes to clearing up the oceans and not into customs pockets. Ive updated my review from 1 to 5 stars because of this. Well done 4Ocean and keep up the good work.

Read all of the small print before ordering. You'll be hit with a £12 custom charge to receive your bracelet as 4ocean won't pay it and say its the customers responsibility. The post office will be returning the bracelet to 4ocean with all costs forwarded to them. I for one will never buy from them again. I've bought 3 previous and have never had a customs charge so why now. 4ocean need to make customers aware of the charges and not just hide them in their small print.

Great concept hence I decided to support them. Ordered one of their bracelets and after more than two weeks I have received a card from Royal Mail saying that a custom charge of £12 has to be paid in order to receive the order. Maybe I missed the small print. However this is a huge slap on my face as I had no intention to support our greedy system! I would rather donate that money for the good cause and I strongly advise 4ocean to lower the value of their shipment because the item sent only worth a few rupees and frankly my donation was for their good cause nor for their overpriced item. Respect.

So, if your purchase of the bracelet is because you care about this planet, and someone is actually doing something about it, then I applaud you because I'm guessing not many of us are out there picking up trash. If your purchase is because you are looking for a high quality $20 bracelet, then I think you are delusional, and I suggest you spend your $20 somewhere else. Truly it's a small price to pay, and it shouldn't be about the bracelet itself. It is not meant to be a showpiece but a reminder that you care enough about stopping the pollution of our earth by plastic, and other trash, and by wearing it you are spreading the message and the awareness. And finally if you are mad that the company is making a profit, however much that may be, then I suggest you never attend a sporting event, or buy a new car or support any "for profit" company ever again because you would be a hypocrite. Companies make billions of dollars in profits and pay their executives ridiculously high salaries and benefits in the millions, and probably aren't doing anything that's good for this earth. Also you might want to think about the companies that manufacture the plastics, and how much profit they are making. I wear my bracelets proudly, and will continue to support 4ocean for as long as it takes to clean our oceans and reverse the damage we have done.

I have read these reviews about 4Ocean bracelets, and would like to leave one of my own. Unfortunately it seems that there have been some unhappy/dissatisfied customers, and that sucks. But my experience with this company has been nothing but positive. I've been subscribed for a year now--just received my 12th bracelet--and I wear every one of them every day, no fraying no stretching no falling apart. They sleep with me, shower with me, I've actually only taken them off twice in the last year. I wear ALL TWELVE of them, and they are all still in perfect working order. As a matter of fact, we moved last month and my 12th bracelet initially didn't make it to my new address. I emailed customer service with my issue, and within 4 hours I received a courteous response...and within the next 24 hours I was emailed with my replacement order and shipping confirmation, to my new address. No problems, no hesitation, no questions, no additional charge.
It's unfortunate that some customers have had negative experiences with this company...all I can attest to is that over the last year I've received nothing but satisfactory products with pleasant, expedient customer service.

OMG People! This is a for profit company that charges you $20 for a 50 cent bracelet and their commitment to picking up 1 pound of garbage. ONE (that’s ONE!!) pound. You ever eat a 1/2 pound cheeseburger!? Yeah they’ll pick up two of those and send you a cheap bracelet for $20! SUCKERS!!!!

With these bracelets costing £15.50 + Vat it now means that all those people in the UK have to pay an additional £11.89 as custom charge. this applies to all items over £15,
I know i cannot afford to pay all these extra charges and with gifts was paying and access of £20 for these custom charges.
People in the UK check before you get stung by the scum that is HMRC.
I feel that if 4Ocean doesn't address this somehow (i know probably not a lot they can do but drop price) a lot of people will be forced to cancel their subscriptions as I have, which is highly disappointing as I've a monthly subscription sine 2018.

I spent USD $45.99 on 2 bracelets. They were delivered to me in Ireland but I had to pay an additional €18.29 customs charge. The customs charge note reads "Goods imported from outside the EU with a value over €22, for VAT purposes, are subject to customs charges" Obviously, one buys these bracelets to support removal of plastic from the Oceans more so than the actual bracelet itself. The fact that I had to pay these additional monies because 4Ocean erroneously valued them at USD $40 (EUR €36.07) is extremely disappointing as they are worth only a few euro each max. I would not have paid the customs charge if I had known it was the bracelets but I only discovered this after I made payment and got the packet into my hands.I really feel like I've been punished/taxed for supporting a good cause.

4Ocean, please stop this problem from repeating by declaring the value of the bracelets to be about USD $3 each.

This company doesn’t do what it says it will do. I purchase a bracelet every single month to support every cause. However I have had to replace quite a few bracelets because they fray and no longer tighten or loosen. I purchase them from the same location every month. I was informed by the store that I didn’t need to keep buying replacement bracelets because 4ocean would replace them. LIE! They claim they will. I emailed them and was told I needed receipts since I didn’t order them online. Who even gets receipts anymore? I have the broken bracelets and that isn’t enough? I had to purchase replacement bracelets because I didn’t know they had a warranty. And now I am being told I have to produce receipts from months ago? What a rip and way to con you out of more money. From now on I will do like everyone else says and only support local non-profit organizations! Save your money and give it to a true and legit cause.

I have 3 bracelets; orange, blue and black. The black bracelet was my third having had no problems with the first two I was very disappointed that the slipknot only worked to allow me to expand to fit over my hand. When I pulled the strings to tighten it appeared to fall apart and would not hold. We were forced to apply a small dab of glue to enable the slipknot to hold. It has now slacked off sufficiently to be too loose and "spinning" but I can't tighten it.
