My flagpole turned out to be unsuitable but they were happy for me to return it. A shame the return postage was more than the cost of sending it to me. Awaiting my refund, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

I extended my cover to Worldwide from Europe by an easy phone call at a reasonable price and a helpful advisor.

Plants arrived 7 days after despatch, many wilted and have not recovered after planting out. Local Post Office delays mainly the cause and I've suggested a different provider to deliver to T & M. They responded promptly and agreed to resupply the order, which I appreciated a trust its not delayed!
The second batch arrived promptly and looking healthy. However, many have again failed to thrive despite being potted on inside and placed on a window sill. I hope some will survive. I've planted other seeds in the same compost which have grown well.

Efficient service through my insurer. Technician came early and repaired my windscreen outside my house. Only cost £15 excess on insurance.

Excellent communication and customer service

There was a long delay, made worse by Covid, caused by Tonik introducing a new computer system. The new system had difficulty processing my meter readings, so I could not get accurate bills for at least 3 months.

This was finally resolved and I renewed due to Tonik offering a competitive deal. Before this they were excellent, so I hope performance now improves.

Good value eventually but it took countless phone calls and long waits to get there!

Prompt response, problem quickly identified, new parts secured and fitted on the spot while we explored the quaint local town where breakdown occurred
