Delays/problems, but competitive deals
There was a long delay, made worse by Covid, caused by Tonik introducing a new computer system. The new system had difficulty processing my meter readings, so I could not get accurate bills for at least 3 months.
This was finally resolved and I renewed due to Tonik offering a competitive deal. Before this they were excellent, so I hope performance now improves.
