I ordered a T-shirt for my Son-in-Law’s birthday in a size Medium. It arrived super quickly but although the packaging stated size M, it was, in fact, a size XXXL. I spent the next 2 hours trying to find a contact phone number for Very as I was unable to log in to my account to print off a returns label. I finally got through to Customer Services who have sent me a returns label and hopefully arranged for a refund. This was my first order with Very and, sad to say, will be my last.

My parcel was delivered in good order. Firstly, time of delivery was changed and then changed again to the following day. I was in both days but it could have been a nuisance if I’d stayed in just for my delivery only for it to be cancelled until the next day.
