The item i purchased was a great deal with no hidden catches that in all honesty were expected given the amount of reduction. However the turnaround time from order to delivery was excellant and the ultegra compact chainset was what i wanted. in all a very positive experience and one that will make me come back to Merlin, mind you what I purchase will depend on the offers advertised, because at the end of the day the money I work hard for has to go a long way, if Merlin can make it go further with good offers my surfing will turn into purchasing
