I'm not a big fan of the process involved in changing my car for a different one. However, the staff at Kendal Honda made it relatively painless. I dealt largely with Elliott who was friendly and very helpful, with a good knowledge and understanding of the car I was interested in. I would certainly recommend this dealership.
However, just a word of warning: when I removed the protective paper from the floor-well on getting home, I discovered there were no mats in the car. Apparently they are an optional extra, so check whether a car you buy has mats before you drive off!
Cox have offered me a set of mats which is great and shows that they are the high quality company I have always thought them to be.

Agree to buy a car and paid a deposit only to be told four days later that the car had already been sold to someone else. I can’t help but think that the refusal to purchase all the over priced add ons and finance contributed to the decision to sell it to someone else.

We've just bought our third Honda Civic from Cox Motor Group in Kendal. The staff were really efficient and friendly. Our salesman was Elliott who made the whole process so easy. He did all the paperwork for us and contacted Honda to make sure we could get the car we wanted. He kept us up to date with the progress of our order and was such a friendly young man.

Whilst visiting Lancaster Honda to have my wife’s car serviced I saw the new Honda Prelude which had just arrived at the dealership. I really liked the look of the vehicle and decided to make an enquiry. I spoke to Mat from the Sales Team and he was very helpful and friendly, I was shown the vehicle and a test drive was arranged and given. I decided I wanted to proceed and and after discussions a deal was agreed with a fair trade in value for my current car. Looking forward to taking delivery of the Prelude in a couple of weeks.
