Shocking company to order from. This delivery along with one from another company were both delivered by the same evri driver same time same delivery photo and none were delivered to me. The other company investigated right away and refunded me the next day, I’m still waiting for my refund from this company and some clown called Joe thinks it’s all a bit of a joke with every email reply just saying it’s being investigated. There’s not much to investigate when the delivery photo shows it still in the delivery drivers vehicle not delivered anywhere he’s simply delaying my refund which they will need to give me anyway and lying about investigating this with evri when he originally said he did. Avoid this company at all costs or until atleast they sack Joe the clown. Scammers

I tried booking my trailer in for a service with this company and they were very unhelpful. Eventaully I was funneled into their awkward computer system and left to navigate my way around and leave all my contact details for their convenience. The web page design is unintuitive, and the staff I spoke to didnt appear to care to help me, only to blame me and my computer. Very poor service.

I had a tow bar fitted to my Honda civic about 3 weeks ago. Very good service. However when I put my tow bar mounted rack on the car none of the lights worked, indicators, side lights and stop light. Phone gt to see if they could help. 'come up and we'll have a look' they said. I went up and they very efficiently identified it was the rack at fault. New butbs all round and hey presto all now working. Many thanks gt towing, I don't generally give 5 star reviews but in this case I have no hesitation 👍

Gt towing wot can i sayabout joey.. joe is a man who just doesn't listen. And is only happy when you are wrong if you have a problem with a heavy duty part they sell...ie 42mm jockey wheel...have you thought about a 48mm...no joe it won't fit..4 times he said this. But my trailer after 6 week has collapsed the wheel..2700kg weight limit and ive got a 8foot small trailer..poor product and v poor communication skills from joey. Im wrong and joey is right on everything. Avoid Avoid joey and his heavy duty parts

We had our new towbar fitted by GT Towing and all was good, then last time we went out, due to operator error, we managed to have the caravan detach itself from the car. Went back to GT Towing and explained our predicament - one of the caravan indicators was intermittent and the socket was damaged - no problem they said, we can fit a new one and on this occasion we wont charge labour, it's £15 for the new socket. Great said I and we booked to have it fitted. Went today, they fitted it in their usual quick time and in a move that really surprised me, they did it free of charge.

This is why GT Towing are so amazing, if you want a towbar, bike rack, trailer or roof box, they are hard to look beyond and their service is beyond first class.

Yet again GT Towing have not failed to please! I’ve had a detachable tow bar fitted, and they have done a first class job, and believe me, you don’t get anyone more fussy than me. GT Towing seem to be a rarity these days with their customer service, and knowledge. I dealt with Lucas and he was exceptional in every way.

We have been using GT Towing for a number of years now, and have probably had approx 4 tow bars fitted over the years. We have also just bought our 3rd trailer from GT Towing. The overall experience is exceptional, all staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

A big thank you to Lucus who helped with the purchase of our 3rd trailer today the Igor Williams BV64E. Lucus arranged for PI checks to be done so we could take the trailer home same day, which was much appreciated.

Disappointing but the issues were resolved very quickly.

We purchased a plant trailer that was advertised as fully serviced and ready for work.
We went to collect it and the lights didn’t work first thing the manager said was “it’s a Landrover that will be the problem” which to be fair it could well have been. The workshop guys checked it and it was the trailer.
As it was a two hour drive to get home they very kindly gave us a trailer board and a couple of replacement lights so I could repair it at home.
Once home and the lights fixed I noticed that the spare tyre was badly cracked.

On contacting GT towing about the tyre the offered straight away to send a replacement out.

So all in all very good.

So please contact them with any issues you have BEFORE leaving a review.

Towing Hatfield Rubbish service and sold van with problems
Firstly we keep our caravan in prestige condition. Bought caravan from here. Queried cracks and was told they are nothing. Also had the caravan serviced here. Last year we went to collect it they had repaired a water part and broke a leg on the seat and tried to get away with it. Also the caravan was very dirty inside and our new steps were also dirty. Also put a new mover on. Due to the state of the caravan we went somewhere else this year. We are having to pay to fix all the things they did. Water part they fitted split again this year even though we didn’t have much of a frost this year. Motor mower was not fitted correctly and has to have engagement wrench and bars refitted and correctly lined up. 2 years old! We only use the van 3 weeks in the year. They put in a new consumer unit and did not fit in a RCD so van was live and we could have got an electric shock from it. When they repaired the cracks in the van which were there when we bought it they broke the seal on top of the van we now have 60% damp in this part and have to have this repaired. £644 to put right the work they bodged up. We will never use them again. If you have your caravan serviced there please check van on return. They do not take care of it or treat your property with respect.
