Id like to be writing a review saying how comfortable they are etc but unfortunately im unable to as they haven't arrived almost 10 days after order despite the website saying they are sent out next day.
They are clearly not customer focused as they haven't responded to my email trying to find out where they are. Sadly the delivery company they use is EVRI and it appears they have lost them!
The delivery service a company uses reflects on the company who is using them, just wish I knew they used EVRI as I'd probably gone elsewhere

Super warm and furry 'ferret' patchwork mid calf boot slippers. The warmth generated from wearing these is amazing. Length is brilliant (mid calf) and the size 5/6 fits me perfectly (I am a 6 with a small bunion on one foot!)
Expensive at £60? Depends what you are used to paying for house slippers, but these are exceptionally the best slippers I have ever owned. (Apart from another Bedroom Athletics pair with a zipped front)

Gifted slippers for Xmas and have worn them occasionally in the evenings. They have not even lasted 2 months before completely splitting down one side.

Tried contacting customer support on behalf of my wife who bought them, but no one is responding.

Love their slipper boots!
Really comfy, and great service from the team when you have a question/other.
Product is well made, and response from the team is super quick if you need to get in touch.

I ordered 2 pair of slippers no problem , easy website , loads of choice .
The problem was the carrier delivered them , not to my address but to another house , lucky we have a Facebook page for the area in which we live , but in the meantime contacted the carrier ( least said the better) also Bedroom athletics via e mail , I got a call this morning they could not have MORE helpful , they had contacted and dealt with the carrier ( never had issues myself with them before , 1off I think) but the fact that they replied with a phone call rather than e nails back and forth was just a lovely personal touch , they were so understanding and willing to sort this out on my behalf , thank you so so much
Needless to say I have ordered another 3 pair for Christmas presents , mine are well made. Lovely colours, comfortable, loads of choice , priced right for the quality , give them a look , you won’t be dissatisfied

Bedroom athletics

I have owned two pair of top of the line bedroom athletics slippers. The first pair were totally decimated before the year was over, with stitching and foam coming apart everywhere. I absolutely babied the second pair, yet their main top stitching came apart at the 13-month mark. I reached out to customer care who mentioned they have a one year warranty with a one-line reply.

Be warned that while nice at first use, they are ultimately not well made. Perhaps this explains the forwardness of their use of Harris tweed to bolster the product. They are also not machine washable, another indication of their weak construction.

I really wanted to be a permanent customer but not if the slippers are a one-year purchase for that price.

Can’t fault the delivery time nor the quality of the product but they are currently refusing to exchange goods which are the wrong size and instead crediting you with the purchase price. All well and good you might think but this means you pay carriage to have the goods sent, you pay carriage to send them back and then you pay carriage to have another in the correct size sent back out. I would think long and hard about using this company again as the carriage now equates to a very significant chunk of money and makes the overall cost of obtaining the product extraordinarily high.

Bad and unhelpful customer service.
Missold item which was listed as High quality fabric but It was actually made of 100% Polyester.
Lost time and considerable money on postages to receive and return the item through no fault of mine as seller only refunded the cost of the item and refused to provide a prepaid return label. I had purchased from this brand previously but I will not chise them again neither I can ever recommend them after this experience .

Martin was so helpful with a order I really appreciated it . He went sbive and beyond researching in sourcing some slippers for me . Such a friendly but professional man .

I ordered these via Amazon. I’ve only had them a day and they are lovely and warm, really soft too which is great. One slipper does appear smaller than the other, I notice the stitching that connects the top and bottom half of the shoe of the left slipper but I don’t notice it at all on the right one. So I think they must be different sizes as never noticed this at all before with other shoes/slippers.

The sole inside is fluffy too which I didn’t know and it helps keep your feet warm but I do find my foot slips when wearing socks.

Overall a really nice slipper maybe a little expensive being as they appear to be different sizes as such but I feel like so far they will keep my feet warm.

Great service and prompt postage

I ordered 2 pairs but one was cancelled by you. You didn't give me the opportunity to cancel the others before you sent them which is what I wanted to do.
If you change an order you should check the buyer wants to continue with that change rather than assuming its OK.

Best slippers ever ! The thick rubber soles are perfect help prevent from slipping they are beautifully made warm and cosy

Slippers are exceedingly high quality as well as a great style hard wearing and cosy and comfortable- would buy again without hesitation!
The previous pair we bought lasted for years and were like an old friend- sad to say goodbye and put them in the bin 🥲
We did prefer the lovely leather soles but didn’t seem to be available any more 😕but love love your slippers ❤️🇮🇲
