Perfect trip!
We rented a boat in Yerseke, Netherlands. The information was clear, the charter company helped us really well and they were always ready to help if you needed something.

Let’s go again!

Grundsätzlich hat alles gepasst: nettes Personal, Boot war gut gereinigt und top eingerichtet. Ein, zwei ABER gibt es jedoch: wir sind zu fünft, es gab aber nur drei Sessel (!) und KEINE Vorhänge im Wohnzimmer, wir saßen in den Häfen also voll in der Auslage, was doch sehr unangenehm war. Wir haben dann zahlreiche Handtücher, hingehängt, damit ging es.

Die Reise wurde gut organisiert, hätte das Wetter an dem Tag mitgespielt wäre es perfekt gewesen. Tolle Bootsführer und super nette Bedienung. Die Zahlungserinnerung Emails die ich bis zur 2en Zahlung gekriegt habe waren allerdings etwas nervig, da wir alles am Telefon vereinbart hatten. Ansonsten alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, danke.

Es hat alles immer gut geklappt, bei einer Änderung des Liegeplatzes in einen anderen Hafen konnte schnell eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Vorsicht diese Firma betrügt ganz offensichtlich und die Bewertungen mit 5 Sterne sind mir Sicherheit gefaked!!!!!

Do not, I repeat do not book with this company. It's a gamble for losing your money. Read the recent reviews, they are correct, the company has no financial ethics. The good reviews are from past years, but this year, reflects the company is financially unstable.

This is the gig, they charge you a first deposit, they promise they've made a boat reservation, and then you pay the second payment, but they don't pay the charter company. So when we got to Greece, the charter company said they had heard no word from them, they did not answer their emails, or phone calls so they could not give us a boat. But we're there with no boat and we have to pay a second time to the charter company. You go to your credit card company, they say, sorry it's too late for you first deposit, they keep the money without doing anything. You email Zizoo, Stephanie, who seems quite nice, but she keeps promising to refund your money, email after email after phone call, but it never comes. They were a good company badly mismanaged

Overall, the experience of sailing out of Lefkas Marina was very positive. Service by the Charter Company was exemplary and the team went over and beyond to provide us with tips and advise on where to moor / dine, etc.
The Hanse 418, on the other hand, did not live up to expectations. The small jib and main just didnt deliver speed and agility, like we've come to expect. Next time, we'll select a Oceanis or Elan instead. But otherwise, The Ioanian islands were AMAZING!!!

Zizoo ist immer eine gute Wahl für die Buchung. Diesmal haben wir in Pula gebucht, und alles war in Ordnung mit der Buchung und dem Boot.

Gute Telefonische Beratung im Vorhinein. Gute Organisation.
Einfaches aber schönes Boot was sich für das Geld echt gelohnt hat.
Der Tag auf dem Boot war unser Urlaubshighlight.

Die Organisation der generellen Einführung war nicht ganz optimal. Die Person, welche die praktische Einführung machte erledigte diese sehr engagiert.
Die Notfallnummer wurde nicht oder erst mit Verzögerung abgenommen. Anscheinend fehlt Personal vorallem über das Wochenende und ausserhalb der Bürozeiten. Generell sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass in den meisten Häfen die grossen Hausboote nicht sehr willkommen sind, oder gar nicht zugelassen werden. Ist wichtig für diejenigen, welche nur einen Charterausweis haben und auf Hafenliegeplätze angewiesen sind.

Andreas was very helpful and answered any questions we had, was very kind over the phone and email and his was quick with this replies. Would definitely book with this company.

Sehr hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach einem geeigneten Vercharterter unabhängig vom Angebot auf der Homepage. Buche seit über 10 Jahren bei Zizoo. Hat noch nie Probleme gegeben.

Sehr rasche, freundliche, unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung. Es hat alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit funktioniert.
Das Motorboot entsprach genau den Erwartungen. Auch der Vermieter vor Ort war sehr freundlich, serviceorientiert und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem vom ersten Besuch auf der Website bis zum Abschluss der Reise empfehlenswert.
