Tolles Boot, tolle Marina, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, Abwicklung mit Zizoo sehr flott und unkompliziert, Zizoo immer erreichbar

Die Vercharterfirma war sehr freundlich und konstruktiv, sie waren schnell und durchgängig erreichbar und lösten alle Fragen und Probleme prompt

Guter Service und auch die Charterfirma war im Service ausgezeichnet. Leider musste ich wegen spät erfolgter Zahlung von ZIZOO an die Charterfirma, nochmals die letzte Ratenzahlung als Sicherheit vor Ort hinterlegen. Dies ist mir noch nie passiert in meiner 20 jährigen Chartererfahrung!!

Super Urlaub auf dem Wasser. Die Woche mit der Familie war spitze!

Die gesellschaft ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat mir 2/3 vorschläge unterbreitet und mich bei der auswahl des schiffs gut beraten

Organisation und Durchführung der Charter klappten reibungslos. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen war verlässlich und gut organisiert.

Ho noleggiato una barca per una crociera in Grecia con la mia famiglia, sul portale di Zizoo e pagato l'anticipo ad Aprile 2023 saldando poi l'importo entro un mese dalla partenza, come da loro prassi. A mezz'ora dall'imbarco verso la Grecia mi ha chiamata lo skipper dicendomi che, per effettuare la crociera, avrei dovuto ripagare tutta la barca perchè Zizoo non aveva versato loro la cifra pattuita e l'armatore quindi non avrebbero fatto uscire la barca dal porto. Risparmio i dettagli, la sintesi è che, dopo diverse chiamate con l'incaricato di Zizoo e la sua conferma di quanto diceva lo skipper greco, decidiamo di non ripagare tutta la cifra e ci saltano le vacanze. Da allora ad oggi, nonostante l'intervento di un avvocato, non ho ancora visto un euro né di rimborso né di risarcimento. Zizoo non ha mai risposto a raccomandate e Pec e visto che ha sede all'estero non è facile ottenere giustizia. Credo non rimanga altro che la denuncia penale a questo punto. Non avrò il mio risarcimento ma forse li metteranno nelle condizioni di non nuocere più. Evitate se siete in tempo.

È una vergogna che da agosto 2023 non abbia ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso.
Mi avete fatto pagare due volte la vacanza perché VOI non avete pagato il charter, nonostante l'intera somma fosse stata da me pagata con carta di credito.
È un comportamento vergognoso da parte vostra prendere in giro la gente che lavora e che i soldi se li guadagna onestamente.
Provvederò a modificare la recensione solo se entro la settimana prossima riceverò i MIEI soldi!!!

Unterirdisch, stiehlt Geld!
Bezahlung an Zizoo erfolgt - überweisung an Vercharterer hat nie stattgefunden, man wird am telefon hingehalten, schriftlich wird immer auf die "rechnungsstelle" verwiesen die das regelt.
Nach dutzenden Mail und Anrufen habe ich aufgegeben, der Vercharterer ist entsprechend sauer...
Sauladen, schlimmer geht es nicht

Uns wurde das Boot, wie abgemacht und termingerecht übergeben. Die Partnergesellschaft vor Ort war etwas gestresst, logischerweise. Das ist aber nichts neues. Wer hie und da Boote chartert kennt das. Wir haben eine tolle Woche erleben dürfen.

They substituted our boat in August, that was fine, it happens and we understand you’re not guaranteed exactly that boat. That said, we charter often and chose our boat for specific features.
When the agent called to tell us of the substitution, we pointed out the number one feature that we had to have. He stuttered then claimed the boat had it. Of course, we got on our boat only to be told that evening it didn’t have it.
I wrote to Zizoo to point out all the missing features of our boat, and also to point out that the boat they substituted cost them 1100 euros LESS than what we paid for. They claimed they would issue refund in four to six weeks.
Of course, no refund came. And now I haven’t had a response from them since early November, today is 30 November.
We’ve chartered with four other companies and regret the day we found this company. I highly recommend avoiding them and their lack of integrity.

People don't book with Zizoo. In the past, customer service was always okay until payment. After that another team is responsible, which is not available and hardly and reluctantly responds to inquiries. This year Zizoo has not paid the local charter company (although they have had the money for weeks). The contract was terminated by the local charter company. Zizoo does not respond to any mail, calls, if at all, end up with the wrong people who cannot help. After 3 months still no reaction and no repayment by Zizoo.
Luckily I booked with a credit card, so my bank took over the case.
Read the other numerous reviews with the same problem and don't be dazzled by the good ones. Nobody wants to have something like this on their vacation.

hat Spaß gemacht, Wasserski, starker Motor :)

Con un gruppo di amici volevamo noleggiare una barca a vela per una vacanza di 15 giorni in Croazia e ci siamo rivolti a Zizoo.
Abbiamo ricevuto una notevole attenzione e cura per la scelta dell'imbarcazione che si è un pò prolungata nel tempo ma alla fine sono state soddisfatte le esigenze di tutti i partecipanti.
Anche il charter CroSail ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative; la barca presentava alcuni difetti ai quali in parte è stato posto rimedio.
Nel complesso la vacanza è stata molto piacevole.
