This company is a scam, they owe me over 11,000 eur for over 8 months.Now they have blocked my number and refuse to answer my emails.

I'm a professional captain for 20 years and this company is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

They may have changed their name but they're still Zizooboats.com and still are scamming people out of their money.

They took over the bankrupt company Zizoo and are not paying the money back that Zizoo is owing to their customers. Don’t book with them, they have a lot of open bills to pay!!

With friends made I deposit for boat 5000 euros in August 2023. 1 day before recieved a call from them that company is experiencing financial difficulties and did not transfer money to charter company.
Had to pay twice fir a boat. Was waiting for money back - they even did not answer e-mail. Now case with lawyers. All documents can be provided to prove what is written on request

I would prefer to give no stars. I booked a boat for September. They took my deposit. They emailed me 2 weeks later to say they have gone into administration on 13th Feb. They have not paid the boat's owner, and have not returned my deposit. I'm still getting emails offering wonderful holidays!
Bank is investigating but I'm expecting to lose £800!!

they took full payment for a week from us (€13k) and never forwarded to the yacht owner.

We took a two day charter in Dubrovnik in July 2023.We paid upfront to Zizoo. The second day of the charter was cancelled by the boat owner due to bad weather and we were informed we would receive a refund for the second day. I had to contact zizoo on a number of occasions as the refund did not appear in our account. After many attempts at emailing and calling over many months I eventually got an email on 16th October 2023 from payouts at Zizoo to say the refund had been approved and it would be in our account by 17th November 2023. We are now mid March 2024 and still have not had our refund more than 8 months after the charter was cancelled. It is impossible to get in touch on the telephone and I have requested call back and contacted by email but I have received nothing. We also chartered a larger boat back in 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid in the April 2020 and it took many calls and emails before we got our deposit refunded 6 months late. If you want to charter a boat I suggest you go elsewhere.

Zizoo è una truffa abbiamo prenotato una barca il 12 novembre 2023 per un viaggio nel maggio 2024 e dopo aver versato la somma totale NSS charter dichiara di aver ricevuto solo una metà, l'altra l'ha trattenuta Zizoo che si dichiara insolvente. NSS charter aspetta il mancato versamento da parte nostra e se rinunciamo mantiene comunque la somma come penale!

My wife and I rented a boat in the BVI using Zizoo. After making the initial payment, we learned Zizoo did nothing more than pass money from us to the actual company renting the boat (the cost would have been cheaper to contract directly with the boat charter). As seems to be the experience with a large number of other customers, following our initial payment, communication with Zizoo was horrible (they were difficult to get in touch with, and when we did get a hold of someone, they had the knowledge and helpfulness of a teen that just got fired from another job).

We learned Zizoo did not fully pay the charter company a few months before our charter date. We attempted to contact Zizoo almost daily. In over 2 months, we received two generally unhelpful email replies that didn't offer to help in any way. Their communication is laughable, especially in light of their website saying they're available 7 days a week. We even had other friends call Zizoo in case they were just ignoring our calls using caller ID. Nope, our friends never received a callback either (our friends' phone numbers had different US area codes).

Ultimately, we had to pay the charter the money Zizoo failed to send. I'm not sure why anyone would use Zizoo as they add no value to the transaction and, by the many reviews that I wish I saw before booking with them, they seem to fail to forward funds correctly to charters. My recommendation to everyone: AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

We also booked a boat from Corfu for the end of June 2024 (booked August 2023). We were contacted by the yacht charter company just before Christmas stating they had not received the deposit required and that they were canceling our charter. They did offer the same boat to us but I had to pay half of the charter fee again.
In March I received a letter from the administrator of Zizoo, stating that Zizoo have gone in to administration and Zizoo no longer exists as a company.

You have an existing contract/booking with Zizooboats GmbH. In my capacity as insolvency administrator, I declare that I will not enter into the existing contract between you and Zizooboats GmbH in accordance with § 103 InsO. In case you do not have a current contract with Zizooboats GMBH please ignore this message.

This means that I will not fulfil your contract. You can register any claim for damages in the insolvency table. A corresponding form is enclosed with this letter.

As you may have read in the press, we have succeeded in finding a buyer for the business operations of Zizooboats GmbH. Crooks. Beware this company is not reliable. They will steal your money.
I booked a sailboat charter from Kos for two weeks. I paid all the installements and within a month of my departure date I was fully paid up. Two days before our departure I received an email from Athenian Yacht Charters, the charter operator, that there was still an unpaid balance of of over €10K that they had not received from the broker Zizooboats. If the balance was not paid by the 12th of August they could not let me board the boat. I called Zizooboats and they were absolutely hopeless and mendacious, first they tried to give me the run around when I pressed hard they admitted that they would not be able to pay the operator and that I would have pay the balance and eventually they would reimburse me. I was able to work out an agreement directly with Athenian Yachts, nonetheless, I still had to dig deep into my pockets to make the vacation happen. Discussing the matter further with Athenian I was able to find out that this is a recurring problem with Zizooboats and that the previous week thay had ordered Athenian Yachts to use my money to cover another charter that they were unable to pay. I have all the email communications with Zizooboats and Athenian Yachts that shows precisly what happened and I would be happy to share them freely. It goes without saying that I am still waiting for my refund and when I call them I need to use different numbers otherwise they will not answer with my number they have on file. I will be taking legal action and in the meantime, please, avoid these crooks.

Note: This is the third time I have tried to post this review and it has been taken down. Besides the order reference I can provide all the email communication that proves my version of events. It is also interesting to note that they no longer provide a link to trustpilot on their website due to the high quantity of negative reviews they been receiving. You can refer to my review of Zizoo on Google where I was able to post a screenshot of the email from the charter operator proving that this company is dishonest and will rob you.

Damian was very patient with us, booking a boat for the very first time and being too careful. I hope the rest of cooperation will continue in the same manner.

WATCH OUT - ONLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD

We attempted to charter a boat using Zizoo to sail around the Aolian Islands, paid the deposit and the second payment and thought everything was ok. However, we were contacted by the owner of the boat saying they hadn't been paid any money by Zizoo and that if they didn't get anything through, they would cancel the booking. Attempts to get Zizoo to pay failed, the charter booking was cancelled, and now we're left trying to get our money back - about EUR4000 so far. Phone calls and emails to them are ignored - we're expecting to have to go to our travel insurance to get money back.

To add insult, my partner left a one star review on Trustpilot, but Zizoo forced it to be taken down, despite sharing my name and order reference.
As you can see I normally don’t leave negative reviews only good.
But they are so out of order that I was left without a choice.
Avoid at all costs and only book with charter company not agents

Yacht gebucht und vollständig bezahlt (4400€). Zizoo leitet nichts an Vercharterer weiter, dieser storniert die Buchung. Dies habe ich per Zufall entdeckt.

Zizoo wurde mit Fristsetzung mehrmals aufgefordert, meine geleistete Zahlung zurückzuzahlen. Keine Reaktion, kein Geld!!

Ungeheuerlich, dass man nach wie vor über deren Buchungsportal buchen und bezahlen kann...... ich kann nur - wie viele anderen auch - vor dieser Firma warnen!

Zizoo has serious cash low problems and lost all of its integrity! They started not paying charter partners, clients reservations and now most concerning employees salaries. I am just one victim whom Zizoo owes more than $12,000 to in unpaid invoices for sales services in the USA (Miami).
