I spoke to Damien about boat hire in the Balearic Islands for our next holiday coming up in June, he was so easy to talk with and very helpful with any questions I asked getting back to me promptly. I would recommend him and Zizoo for anyone thinking of sailing around Ibiza and Majorca

In data 08/06/23 ho prenotato e pagato il noleggio 64804fb5845b5 dal 23 al 30 settembre.pochi giorni prima della partenza ho contattato l armatore che mi ha detto che ZIZOO non aveva mai pagato quella prenotazione e che se volevo la barca dovevo tornare a pagare.
ZIZOO ha confermato di non aver pagato e mi ha garantito il rimborso della prenotazione a fine novembre.
Dopo migliaia di telefonate e Email a cui non risponde nessuno, siamo al 18 gennaio 2024 e non ho avuto nessun rimborso.

Damien was super helpful with finding my fiancé and I a charter. We were booking for a group of 24 people which was challenging to find a boat that was suitable but he made it happen. He hopped on calls with me and gave me different options to choose from and was always responsive when I had questions. Can’t wait for our day charter in September!

A febbraio 2023 abbiamo prenotato una barca con zizoo che costava piu 7.000 euro per fine agosto 23 una settimana
e abbiamo anticipato con carta di credito 3620 euro di cui 600 per pagare la loro assicurazione annullamento !!! - il 5 maggio 2023 ho inviato tutti i documenti medici che attestavano l impossibilità a partire in agosto per incidente serio - e ho inviato tutti i certificati medici necessari ( L annullamento da noi e’ stato richiesto più di 3 mesi prima della vacanza e il contratto firmato con zizoo permetteva di annullare la barca per motivi medici ed essere rimborsati dalla loro assicurazione al 100 x 100 se si era nei tempi accettati - come nel nostro caso ) AD OGGI 9 mesi dopo la richiesta di rimborso dei nostri 3.000 euro che ci spettano - nessuno risponde alle mail, nessuno si fa carico del problema e sono passati 9 mesi dalla nostra richiesta di rimborso !!

Hanno scritto solo due volte nri primi 2 mesi scusandosi per problemi interni di sistemi informatici .. . Poi il silenzio totale nonostante mie mie richieste insistenti periodiche ripetute ogni mese !! Più nessuno risponde alle mail!!

They steal money from people!!!!!!
I saw few days ago 1 post on Facebook about a part time job and I get in touch with that lady who transfered me to her "team" .
The guy explained me about this job at Zizoo that I need to make 40 bookings on my account and at the end I can't take all my money back .The thing is after few bookings is coming a "premium bundle " and you have to pay with you own money , and he assured me that I'll take it back for sure ....
I ended up losing my money because after 1 bundle more comes and etc ....so yesterday I lost all my money and they don't want to give me back .
When I made those transactions he gave 4 different accounts on wise to send those money .I think this is the way they refund people money .
This is not fairrrr, I'm a broke mother now , I was looking for a part time job and I ended up loose all my money !

Under my booking number Zizoo took my money sommer last year, but never paid the chartered boat. A total scam!! Also a refund never happened. Had the third time promising my refund will come, but that never happened! Hands off!! You ca read other peoples experiences in the Magazin Yacht! Hundreds of cases happend! 6000Euro loss

This company kept my downpayment for chartered boat and did not forward on to boat company. We are having to get our money back through our credit card company. They are a scam company that let people fly into holiday destinations arrive on the quay side and find out if they are to have their trip they have to pay the boat again! Shameful :(

I had contact with 1 person who did everything in his power to help and support the customer. Negotiating and discussing the best option and after that correct working on the best pricing with the charter company.
Highly appreciate ZIZOO.

Somos una empresa de chárter de Menorca, Zizoo nos hizo una reserva la cual cobró a su cliente pero no nos abonó hasta pasados 4 meses y tras varias reclamaciones por email, al principio contestaban alegando problemas financieros, más tarde no recibíamos respuesta, pusimos una reseña en Trustpilot y al día siguiente recibimos un correo con el abono y una propuesta de mejora para la temporada 2024 la cual declinamos, rescindimos nuestra relación por falta de confianza.

Recomendamos a otros armadores y empresas de chárter que tengan precaución con sus pagos si deciden trabajar con Zizoo.

Do not use this company they take your money but do not supply you with a boat. They have not paid me back from a trip that they cancelled on me at the last moment. I paid them in the December for the boat and cancelled on me within 6 days of our trip which was in September they are SCAMMERS they have huge financial problems

Ladri e truffatori! Attenzione: statene assolutamente alla larga!! Ad oggi non hanno ancora rimborsato i 9.000 euro pagati a luglio 2023 per la prenotazione di una barca mai avvenuta!!
Vale più una recensione negativa che la letterina dell'avvocato: dopo che i "ladroni" non si sono mai degnati di rispondere alle mie email e mi hanno anche bloccato il numero da cui li chiamavo (sic!), solo ora che è arrivata questa recensione, forse nella vana speranza di metterla offline, mi scrivono che "Zizoo vorrebbe comprendere meglio la tua esperienza, quindi ha richiesto maggiori informazioni sulla tua recensione"... ahahahahhh... pure patetici oltre che truffatori!

I didn't check the online reviews before we chartered a yacht through them, but I wish I had...

They are very helpful in booking the charter and taking your money months in advance, but 24 hours before we were due to board our boat for a wonderful sailing holiday we got a phone call saying that we would have to use our credit card to pay for the yacht because there had been a pay issue and they didn't have the money to pay for the charter themselves, despite them having had our money for a long time.

It took us 24 hours of phone calls and emails to tell them that they would have to use their corporate credit card to sort out the payment for them to relent and say that, in our instance, they had managed to persuade the management to do this.

It was a horrible experience and one that I hope you never experience. The initial call from Zizoo sounded like a scam, with bad comms and requests for bank details etc. After the initial call, I looked up Zizoo on TrustPilot, Google, LinkedIn and here on TripAdvisor, who all showed that this behaviour from Zizoo was nothing new, but rather a business model and way of working that is despicable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...
