I'm dealing with a company that has…

I'm dealing with a company that has great to outstanding products, that are top notch, that push the envelope and keep the competition in catch up mode.
There is one area that you could improve on one area that no one has given ANY THOUGHT TO and that is the delivery of your product. For a long time now my mail is either late or lost. I'm tired of waiting I would gladly pay the increase in cost for UPS or Fed Ex. Am I the only one out here that has this issue? Just saying!!!
