Quality item in quality packaging and superb customer service
The product is arrived in a beautiful quality professional box. The drive could be given as a present or used and the box can be used as storage , that's how nice and quality packaging it is. The customer service is 20/10, they go above and beyond to help and they have a speedy reply. they are confident in their product that they don't Force it onto you and you have to fight to find one to speak with or get a replacement if any issue. I was confused on the item and had questions and ERICA was with me from the start to the end to make sure I understood the product and how to use it and answer any questions I had within 24 hours of my email. Public holiday or not, they care and respond to emails. Am glad I purchased from them and I wish many other suppliers were as detailed and supportive and available as them.
I give them 10/10 on product, on packaging which is recyclable or can be used for personal needs, 10/10 for accuracy, speed, in replies,support and especially customer service.
Where credit is due, I give and zilkee team deserves it. They have impressed me enough to encourage others to try this supplier coz my experience was positive and with so many scammers out there its a relief to know that there are still a few honest, great Value for money,suppliers and products out there.

Zilkee converter
Zilkee data converter worked exactly as promised. Effective and easy to use. I was able to quickly recover files and pictures from some old hard drives that I believed were beyond saving. Great product, well worth the money. The pictures I was able to get back are nearly priceless to my family.

My experience with the zilkee recovery…
My experience with the zilkee recovery dock is likely not totally unique, but it truly meant the world to me. I had a very old hard drive, think 20+ years, that held nearly 300gb of old pictures from my late high school years and all of my time in college. This device helped me recover pictures of people that are no longer alive, places i'll never again visit, people i'll likely never see again. I'd tried multiple other solutions for recovery in the past and was told it wasn't possible, but I didn't destroy the drive, hoping someday something would come along that would help. I truly can't describe the feeling of having all of my old images and videos back.

I had a PC that failed to start up!
I had a PC that failed to start up, I have a computer guy that came out and sorted the problem short term, but it kept failing and i the end he suggested I buy a new desktop, which I did.
Inside my old tower were two 1Tb hard drives and one SSD drive, that I could not access anymore, until now.
I stripped down the old tower removing the drives and hooked each one up to the Zilkee Ultra Recovery Converter and found that I now have access to files and memories that I thought that I had lost.
I have not had the time to go through and systematically extract what I want to save to an external HD, but at least I know that I can do this when I do have the time.

The company sent the wrong product and…
The company sent the wrong product and instead of accepting my explanation and providing the refund they delayed by asking for more details and photos. It's been nearly a week since I sent photos and asked again for the refund (well within the 90 day window.
Impossible to get timely responses.
