price and if it works

I could have paid less the $40.00 from Amazon and still not plug and play and will never buy any thing from ZIKEE again

I'm sorry you don't like the price. We have a 60 day return policy and we'd be happy to refund you. You may be able to find a version on Amazon I'm sure. I can't speak to the quality and compatibility of what's included, and there is generally no support. We offer the best price we can while paying our people a living wage and offering full support to our customers.

I bought this product for my dad

I bought this product for my dad. His old computer crashed and he even tried to have the hard drive saved at a local shop but they were not able to even access it. After I purchased the Zilkee device, I was able to remove my dad's hard drive and connect it right up with no issues at all and was able to retrieve all of the information he needed from his old hard drive. This device really helped save him. Great product! I would highly recommend. Very easy to use.

Zilke Ultra Recovery Converter is Excellent

The Zilke Ultra Recovery Converter is excellent and well worth the money spent. It is compact and data transfer is extremely fast. It works as advertised and is a great addition to read all types of hard drives that are normally installed in a computer, which is exactly what I needed.
