Awful customer service
Awful customer service, awful company in general. They will miss sell policies and not be very helpful when questioned. I thought i had breakdown cover then when needed it was only road side assistance. This was not explained when i took out the policy. I will not use this company again and i reccomend other avoid as well

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car insurance company. The final price was not what was initially quoted; it increased after discussions. The customer service was terrible—I spoke to three different people, and each one gave me different information. I do not recommend this company to anyone. It causes a lot of issues and raises the price unexpectedly.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a different price than initially quoted, and to get inconsistent information when speaking to multiple agents — that’s not the level of service we aim to provide.
From what we can see, the change in premium was due to necessary adjustments to the policy that would affect the overall price. That said, we appreciate this may not have been clearly explained at the time, and we’re sorry for any confusion caused.
