Deixei de vender produtos da Yves Rocher por um simples motivo: os preços tornaram-se absurdos!
Perfumes que dantes tinham um preço acessível passaram para mais do dobro do preço. É claro que com a variedade de produtos bons e mais baratos, ninguém vai optar pelos produtos caríssimos e não melhores da Yves Rocher.

J’ai acheté sur Yves Rocher via internet. J’avais appliqué un code pour mon anniversaire pour avoir un cadeau qui après avoir payé n’apparaissait plus. J’ai envoyé un e-mail à Yves Rocher en 24h ils ont répondu et m’ont envoyé par un autre colis mon cadeau.
Franchement top! Je n’ai jamais vu un service client aussi réactif et de bonne foi!! C’est important de le souligner

I have been buying Yves Rocher's products(mostly shower gel,eau de toilette,hair products,make up) for many years (30+)and I like the relatively good quality of their products..I find them rather generous with their gifts,although many X those gifts are more like "baits" for us to buy enough and fast..but overall it's a good company worth trying..I would rate their products: good/average..

We have been loyal custmers of Yves Rocher for years; love and trust their products!! However, customer service has gone down; we have always been able to order and track our packages, now we cannot and our latest order was shipped on 5-5-22 and should have been delivered by now (5-15-22). We get no response from Yves Rocher either by phone or email: RIDICULOUS!! Packages are stolen or delivered to the wrong address every day, will not pay for an order not delivered; guess this is why you can no longer track your package; they will tell you that it was delivered!

Prodotti piacevoli e performanti inoltre vegetali con principi attivi di qualità consigliatissimo anche la linea make up eccellente per chi ha problemi di allergia ad alcuni componenti !

As for me Yves Rocher is the middle between great-rich-class cosmetics and natural-organic ones. I use it for years and still like it

Vi har oplevet at man sender rykkere på rettidigt betalte regninger selv om man på rykningstidspunktet kunne se at regningen var betalt

Usamos os produtos á muito tempo e são de boa qualidade contudo por me ter esquecido de pagar uma factura por 17 dias mandaram-me doze por cento de encargos. Anteriormente essa situação ocorreu uma vez e enviaram um SMS tendo procedido á liquidação imediata da mesma.
De mim não vêem nem mais um euro.

One of my favorite brands since teenager!

I've purchased from this company before many times. Some products are amazing, some really overpriced especially their small perfume bottles, others not so good and others not good at all. Ok, why the two stars? I asked for samples of several perfumes to be sent to me only to be shipped and billed all the perfumes.

The reason I am asking for samples is to see if I like the perfumes in order to buy them because it's dumb to send a customer a brand new perfume for them to open it smell and return it if they don't like it. That's wasted items there.

Another thing I have found really annoying is that items that smelled amazing are no longer available for purchase and thirdly, why would you issue a cheque and send it via post to a customer in 2021?

The customer service is ok in that they processed a refund but via cheque? Come on. Didn't even ask me if this was my preferred method of refund. Then to be sent whole bottles of perfumes and then having to return them cus the agent didn't understand what a sample is.

After weighing the pros and the cons of dealing with this company I don't think I'll ever buy from here again. Their marketing is really good they always catch me with their promotions but the items I like are never there.

Til I see the items I like, I'll never come back here again.

Uso da mesi la loro linea per pelli grasse e mi sono trovata abbastanza bene, non fa miracoli ma qualcosa lo fa.. tuttavia, ho scoperto a malincuore che i loro prodotti non sono cruelty-free e sono una persona che sta attenta a queste cose.
Ora, non sto a sindacare cosa sia giusto e cosa sia sbagliato, ma si sono sempre fatti pubblicità con "il rispetto della natura".
E tralasciamo tutti gli scandali aziendali, di prodotti che si è scoperto che di "naturale" avevano ben poco, il loro sistema di vendita con cataloghi e tutto il resto..
Non penso che acquisterò più da loro, non è un'azienda trasparente.

Varene mine kom aldri. Kundeservice er ikke interessert i å svare. Pengene mine blir heller ikke ført tilbake! Hold dere langt unna dette firma. Jeg har 2 ganger prøvd å bestille derfra. Aldri fått varene mine!!!!!

Os produtos são bons mas estão a ficar muiti caros. A política da Yves Rocher para com os seus vendedores e chefes de vendas também mudou. Tratam as pessoas mal e exigem coisas quase como se fôssemos empregados deles, e não somos. Não há salário. Está menos atractivo, quer do ponto de vista de quem quer comprar quer do ponto de vista de quem quer fazer negócio. E depois parece que há um clima de medo, se dizemos mal podemos ser expulsos. As pessoas têm medo de represálias e calam-se. Vi isso acontecer à minha chefe e foi corrida na mesma. Tenho muita pena, porque há muitos anos que represento a marca, mas estou revoltada. As pessoas têm que falar sobre o que se está a passar em Portugal porque é vergonhoso e se calhar até ilegal. Investiguem!

Da quasi un anno uso i prodotti di Yves Rocher la linea per pelle grasse, mi trovo tanto bene che manco per prova ho cercato altri, la maschera di argilla bianca è la migliore al mondo.

Niente di che. Ho acquistato l'intera linea per combattere l'acne (la mia è davvero leggera) e non ho visto miglioramenti. Non ci tornerò sicuramente

Bad cosmetics, bad company, don’t ever buy

Har været fuld tilfreds med varene som stemmer overens med det de skriver på hjemmesiden. Levering kunne være hurtigere. Men er overordnet tilfreds.
