GHOST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order June 28 online, my order got stuck with fedex somewhere. Send them an email on July 10th, and since then they have answered a very few times (they stopped 2 weeks ago with no more answers) and they still have not refunded me!!! I called customer service today and the guy told me they dont have any info about online orders, I need to keep sending emails!! Inbelieveble! I send an email every day... no responses for the past 2 weeks, no refunds, no order!

Be careful ! once you register you phone number this will be shared among several customers sales who keep on sending text and force you to purchase their products.
All products also not worth the cost at least in Indonesia, can get much better products from local companies with a very interesting cost. The issue anyway is the privacy also not sure who can be contacted to remove my HP number in Indonesia. Hopefully someone will contact me.

DON'T ever buy from them. They are a SCAM! I fell for the "try and buy" perfume scam. You try it and if you don't like the scent, you simply email the company for a return label and toss it in the mail once received. NOT SO MUCH! I can't get in touch with a human at this company. They have no US phone number, and their email system is automated. With all this being said, I've emailed them over 50 times and still can't get a return label. I rate them a ZERO! Now I will have to fight with my credit card company to get their charges reversed. I REFUSE TO PAY THIS COMPANY A DIME!!!!!

I never got the products I bought even though a charge was made to my bank. I got notice from FedEx that my package was undeliverable. I emailed Yves Roche and was told they would send it again. It has been 6 weeks. Still no product. I’ve emailed several times and heard nothing. I was told they cannot refund which makes no sense.

I've been a customer for well over 25 years. In December I spent hundreds of dollars in one order. I apparently ordered a subscription for one order of cleanser. They don't send you a reminder email ahead of time like other companies do to give you a warning so you can change it if needed. When I got the invoice the shipping was $12.00 for one tiny tube of cleanser. They did nothing and wouldn't allow me to cancel my order. I'll switch to another brand. Terrible customer service!

Got influenced to purchase the L'Evidence parfum. I did not like the scent and have sent 6 emails and no one has responded other than my 1st email to inquire why I wanted to submit my return. Per their website you need to contact support for your return. Hard to return when no one returns your emails. So frustrating. Smells like something my grandmother would refuse to wear.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have been Yves Rocher customer for 20 years. Every time place my order I ask representative if I have enough for free shipping. In case I don't I always add something else. The last time I was assured I had enough, but when my package came $9 shipping fee was added. I paid my bill and deducted the shipping fee. Afterwards, I called the company three times asking for this to be fixed with promiss that supervisor will call me back. I never received a call and outstanding invoces keep coming. I'm beyond disappointed with their customer service and will never order from them again. Also, my friend had similar situation with them years ago and stopped using them as well. Be careful! Yves Rocher staff is incompetent and can cause much frustration.

Joke of a customer service department
What a joke of a customer service department. My package was delivered to the wrong address. After 1 week of correspondence with customer service, nobody is willing to take responsibility for my lost package. They actually offered to reship it for an ADDITIONAL $19. After filling out a form attesting my package never came, I was just punted off to fedex, who has no ability to get me my money back because they only work with companies direct. Save your money and energy and dont buy from this garbage company. Good skincare brands are a dime-a-dozen.

Initially, I was told by one agent that item is refundable if I drop back to UPS without opening the box, however when I went to return the parcel UPS did not accept it without return label. Then I was told that I would have to pay the shipping fees. My order was just $30, why would I pay $15 shipping fees. And if that is the case, why they have advertised everywhere that you can return it and get refund. Also, one of the agent was so rude that she was not listening to me but arguing and she had the audacity to hung up on me. I would say stay away from Yves Rocher at all possible occasions.

In 2004, l placed an order in Kingston ON, & the products arrived spilled all over the box. I went through the effort of taking photos, resizing them, and contacting customer service, only to be completely ignored. No apology, no resolution-nothing.
This experience left me feeling hurt & disrespected by a brand I had once trusted & bought from for so many years. Even now, I don’t order because of how horr my issue was handled. Yves Rocher needs to understand that ignoring customers has lasting consequences, costing them hundreds of dollars each year just from one customer they chose to mistreat! I will mever buy from them, until they apologise for what they’ve done & I will contunue sharing my terrible feedback dealing with such company. I’d rather eat DIRT on the road, than buy from them again, until my 2004 problem is resolved! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Rude & selfish, stay away 100%!

I have been with the Yves Rocher for many years However, problems started to appear. I sent a check to Yves Rocher to pay for my one before last order. However, they kept sending me letters I did not pay for the order. So, I gave up and paid them online. A week after, they cashed the check. Now I requested my money back. However, they say we do not have your check.
My last order I placed was made in the amount that allows to avoid shipping charges. However, they did not include one item for $8.95 and charged me for shipping charges instead. I called them about missing item, but they said I did not order it. This company is bunch of cheaters. Do not deal with them!

Jeg har oplevet at blive rykket for betaling af en forsendelse. Betaling var sket rettidigt, men det tog bogholderiet næsten 2 måneder at finde min betaling.-Hvorefter man beklagede! Dårlig behandling. Derfor kun de 2 stjerner.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I just hung up as it was impossible to speak with the agent as everything that I said she would talk over what I was saying. Impossible to carry on a conversation. I asked her to let me finish speaking and she continued to speak over everything I sai and interrupt.Always wait on hold a long time.
My check payment several times supposedly never got to them.Many many years I have placed orders to them. I like their products but I am stopping buying as I am done with them losing my payments or requesting for them again, when checks have been cleared by them.

I have been their customer for years and never had issues. Always a normal customer service until last two times. Today it was just ridiculous. The guy could not understand which free gifts items for my order, mixing numbers, just couldn’t understand what is free, asked his colleagues to help I assumed, I was on hold 5 times, still couldn’t figure out, understand how to enter the order. When I started to laugh, he just hanged up. How can you hire so stupid people? I mean really? How hard it can be? After 1h I called again and thankfully I got another guy, no issues, he took my order very quickly and was very pleasant.

For many years, I had been a loyal online customer and always had a good experience. Then, for several years, I didn’t place any orders because I was living in Montreal, where they have physical stores. After moving back to Alberta, I decided to place my first order. I received confirmation, and the payment was processed. However, the next day, I got an email saying I should wait for some items that were out of stock and that they would notify me. I waited, but nothing came for a month. I logged into my account, and my order was nowhere to be found.
I started calling and was told to send an email to a specific address because the online service is managed in the US. The email didn’t work, so I kept reaching out through all available contacts and called multiple times. They kept promising to look into it. Finally, I received a call—what a relief! They said they would investigate and asked me to send them the emails I had received. I did so, and they refunded my money - THANKS,with just a casual apology and nothing more. I lost a whole month, was stressed out, and was left very disappointed. Such a big company, yet they don’t value their small customers. I have no desire to order from them again.
