Beware, terrible website and customer service. Ghosted by “Taylor” after I asked some questions and sent screenshots. They advertise one price on the site, once you put it in your basket it comes up with different pricing. Substantially higher! This happened more than once, also claims free shipping but then calculates shipping. I’m glad I didn’t put the order through, shady website.

Am 11. März 2026 bestellte ich nach Jahren zum ersten Mal wieder bei Yves Rocher. Ich hatte dort vor vielen Jahren schon einmal eingekauft, aber irgendwie war es mit der Zeit etwas ruhiger geworden.

Beim Stöbern auf der Website war ich total begeistert. So viele schöne Dinge! Aber eins nach dem anderen.

Ich erhielt noch am selben Tag die Bestellbestätigung. Einen Tag später bekam ich die Sendungsnummer, und das Paket kam am 14. März 2026 an – sehr gut verpackt.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass die Lieferung in nur drei Tagen bei mir war.

Such bad quality of products , it’s really sad. It made my scalp itch even more and my hair looks awful.

Produkte sind toll, wenn dann nach 3 Wochen noch verfügbar. Leider dauert die Lieferung inzwischen 2-4 Wochen, also bestellt wenn ihr noch genügend zuhause habt und notfalls ganz verzichten könnt, denn die Verfügbarkeit kann sich sehr spontan ändern. Es ist nicht gut verpackt, ich hatte schon offene Duschgels im Karton. Vermutlich spart sich nun auch Yves Rocher zu tode. Mal sehen wann sie sich von Garnier oder Loreal aufkaufen lassen.

They take your money,the voucher we bought from them is not redeemable and they do not give your money back. Their customer service is beyond useless!
I really hope someone will do a class action suit against them .

I have been a customer for 34 years. During this years because of our extensive travel around the world I got a chance of using many great products from different amazing companies and countries.
But my skin is always thanks me when I apply the products it use to know and like.
Yves Rocher is just the best of the best.
Why to write this review now? Someone told me
that the company is closing. This is very sad.
For the quality and the price of the product I was getting from this company I don't think I would be able to buy some even close.

Jeg fik reklamen fra min svigermor for rigtig mange år siden. Hun blev næsten 100 år. Hun havde en englehud. Jeg har brugt produkterne lige siden og kan godt lide, at der ligger økologisk holdning bag. At man selv dyrker de planter, der skal til for at fremstille de lækre produkter.

This company is unbelievable! It was my first time ordering from this company, and I placed a large order for nearly $250 worth of products. The products which consisted of about 14 bottles of liquid hair and body products were carelessly placed into a box without any proper packaging, no taping of lids, no plastic around products, nothing to keep the bottles from moving or hitting each other during shipping. What I received was a soaking wet box with products spilled throughout. A vinegar hair rinse, conditioner and shampoo had leaked all over the box and each other. A total mess!

I immediately emailed customer care with a description of what had happened as well as photos. Someone named Taylor got right back to me and offered to reship the entire order. I confirmed that would be fine. That was the last I heard. Several days later I followed up. Someone named Roi asked for a full account of the situation. I sent additional photos and asked what had happened to my original exchange with Taylor. No response.

Ik had een tegoedbon van een bepaalde winkel. Deze winkel bleek definitief gesloten en het verzilveren van de bon werd geweigerd in een andere winkel. Ook het invullen van een contactformulier gaf na 3 weken nog geen enkele oplossing. Trieste klantenservice. Ik voel me als klant uitgelachen en genegeerd.

Yves Rocher, uma marca que acompanhou a minha geração... Infelizmente, já não corresponde ao esperado... Política que não acompanha os tempos... Produtos super caros e que certamente não conseguirão competir com marcas prestigiadas... Já não compensa comprar os produtos com um preço tão elevado. Há muita oferta, com preços muito mais atraentes e que a nível de qualidade superam os produtos que a Yves Rocher disponibiliza.

Don’t purchase from this company unless you want to get scammed out of money!

First things first, they pitch this “try before you buy program”. I personally thought these were sample products however even though it is full sized products you cannot easily return as they state. I was trying to get a shipping label to return these items for almost a month. They kept saying that they were sending me the return label in a separate email and never did. I have dozens of emails going back and forth. They FINALLY sent me the label the same day I contacted the BBB about unethical practices.

After all of that, they charged me and extra $12 because I “no longer qualified for free shipping”after returning free products I didn’t ask for. I have never once heard of a company that charges you not to return product back but because your original order will no longer quality for free shipping

Needless to say it’s a joke. I posted a review on their website and they “need to approve it” and it wasn’t approved.

I have now seen that lots of other people had the same experience. Save the headache and buy from someone else. Oh and they don’t have a number you can call… it’s only for Canada and France so it’s highly convenient for them to be scamming people and no direct customer service besides emails that they don’t respond to.

This company is scamming you with their so called try before you buy. I tried returning stuff I got for my wife that she didn't want and they offer a coupon first and I said no so they decide to say I am out of trial period (it was not i have picture proof of their policy and my order dates) and it needs to be escalated. I asked why when I was clearly in trial period. They stopped messaging me charged my account and I sent another email and they ignored me. I escalated it through shop and they sent return label and are exporting me to return product first before they will give me my money back. They stole from me once how can I trust them?

Since YR opened their new US online store, the customer service, availability of products, rewards, extras, have all gone down the drain.
A simple question asked of their CS regarding the appearance of a cream I had bought and asking if I should discontinue use resulted in their CS rep, Taylor, asking for proof I bought it from them, after I had sent the expiration date and lot number. I had mentioned in my message that the cream was bought before their US store was open and only needed to know if it was normal for it to look like whipped egg and smell like oatmeal.
I loved their products, as I was used to them in Europe, and the quality was outstanding.
Whatever they did when opening the US online store resulted in just less value for your money. I won't be shopping there again and I would not recommend.

An influencer on Instagram promoted their “try before you buy” promotion particularly for their pearly oil. It was on sale for a reduced price as well. Shortly after receiving it I decided it was impractical and difficult to apply. I sent an email asking how to proceed with the return. I received an email from “Taylor” who offered a 200% discount on a future purchase if I decided to keep it. I declined and asked to initiate the return. Another email came from “Taylor” that a USPS shipping label would be coming to me in a separate email. This, of course never came even after emails were sent asking for the label. So, the “try before you buy” gives you 21 days to try it out. Guess what happened..? 21 days has just passed and there is the charge on my credit card. I called the 888 number and got a return call from a rep located in Montreal. They kept asking me for my customer number which of course didn’t appear anywhere on my order or on the packing slip. Mysteriously, there was no record of my cell number in their system and they can’t look up anything by order number. They have no problem finding the credit card number to charge, though! I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews—all stating the same problem with customer service—and avoided this scam. I also will think twice before purchasing a product that an influencer is promoting.

The Try Before You Buy is a scam! If you try to request a prepaid shipping label to return the items, the customer service auto response agent "Taylor" will keep you going in circles in hopes of derailing your return. I never received a prepaid shipping label as promised. You will be stuck with more than $100 in products and some may be recurring subscriptions which be another headache and expense. Do not believe social media influencers touting this brand. It is definitely not worth it!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I didn't receive my product, and the customer service team didn't refund me or resend the order. They asked for more money, and when I refused, they said they'd talk to their team and follow up. It's been a month now, and I've had no response. It's clear they're not interested in helping me. Be aware when dealing with this company.

They are responsive when you are trying to order. Afterwards when you want to return they go silent. I sent back over $300 of product and got an arbitrary refund of $92. I don't even know where they came up with that! They are hiding from me now. I'm upset because a lot of items in that box were unopened and I'm sure they are going to re-sell them and tried to steal my $$. I disputed it with the bank. You can do the same! Hopefully financial institutions will notice a trend of scamming and shut them down.

If possible I would give 0 star for the this sites. They neither sent the product, nor replied email, nor they return my money. They gave the phone number when called said you have to send email, and we do not entertain the US client. Yves is great product but do not purchase it from any US websites. So disappointed.

This used to be a very good company. Now it is a scam. They charged my credit card far over the amount of my order and there is no one to fix this. They no longer have a phone number and no one answers emails.
