Today was the worst customer service I ever had
I spent a lot of money on Yves Rocher products
The woman that called me back was not very nice. She told me I made the mistake so I got to return it. I don’t mind returning it. It was just tone of her voice and the way she said it I bought eyebrow pencil and picked the wrong colour I want brown, I got brown, but it was almost black
I have decided to no longer spend my money on Yves Rocher products
I deserve good customer service with a kind of money I spent on their product

These are thieves. Extremely despicable behaviour. The prices went ridiculously high but that’s not my main issue.
The customer service is a freaking joke. They actually LIE to my face. Several times at that.
They refuse our rights that are even written on the website. Simply delete an account. They won’t do that. It’s a shame. They abuse so much and hide behind computers. Real cowards, I’m absolutely disgusted.
I've been using Yves Rochet for over 15…
I've been using Yves Rochet for over 15 years and I love many of their products. Not all have suited me but the selection for skin/ hair types is quite good. I've always had excellent customer service by phone and on-line and no adverse reactions to any of the products. Overall I am very pleased with them. My only critique is how small the directions are on the containers and some of my ultimate favorites have been discontinued
Zero customer service
I had a bad experience in a Yves Rocher shop in the 12th arrondissement of Paris this afternoon. When I objected that an assistant was spending time completing her paperwork from a previous customer rather than dealing with me, she replied in an irritated tone that I had nothing better to do than to wait (Vous n'êtes pas à 5 minutes près). The client service is most definitely not what it used to be and, despite being a long term client, as I find their products mostly over priced, I don't see myself returning.

They are now shipping glass jars in unpadded envelopes “to save the planet “ However the products arrive broken - I am still waiting patiently for the replacement of the replacement as both were broken. one answers phone - on hold 15 -20 minutes. Getting email response is very frustrating.Sadly looking for new skin care and makeup company.

I prodotti sono anche buoni ma mandano di continuo mail, sms e ultimamente hanno anche telefonato per promuovere i loro prodotti! Sono stata costretta a gestire la mail nello spam e ad acquistare altrove.

Sehr schlechter Kundendienst...mein Paket konnte ich nicht vom Hermes abholen, da ich im Krankenhaus lag und es zurück ging! Yves Rocher hat die Annahme verweigert und nun weis ich nicht, wo es ist! Aber das Geld wollen die von mir haben, obwohl ich nichts annehmen konnte. Keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice !!! Einfach dreist! Ich werde den Rechtsanwalt einschalten!

Jag beställde krämsätt från Yves Rocher via Klarna för min väninna. Hon betalade till Yves Rocher via deras bankgiro istället Klarna. I Klarna står fakturan fortfarande. Yves Rocher fick 2 betalningar från oss och från Klarna. I mer än 1 månad de vill inte lösa mitt problem även om jag ringer eller mejlar varannan dagar. De ska antingen skicka pengarna tillbaka till samma konton varifrån betalade min väninnan för att hon betala till Klarna eller makulera fakturan i Klarna. De gör inte båda. Jag ringer och ber varje gång att jag får palliativ cancervård på sjukhuset och jätte farligt att stressa så mycket men de bryr inte sig om mitt problem och dröjer lösningen.....

Order in limbo
My order apparently was not delivered as the box was tampered with and UPS returned it. Now I cannot get an answer to many emails as to what is going on! I had one email tell me my product will ship again in 10 days, another that they will reimburse me in 4-6 weeks. Nobody will get back to me even though I replied to these emails. Terrible customer service.

I was given the brush off for my delivery missing half the products I ordered
I ordered over $140 USD of products, which took 17 days to receive. And when I did, I received a very beat up box, that had obviously been compromised, and only resealed with a single strip of packing tape. This left the ends of the box open, likely allowed a few of the products I ordered to slip out. I only received half of what I ordered. As to the complaints here where there is "no" customer service, I will have to add the same complaint. It took 2 weeks to even receive a form letter email response to my initial email to customer service. After I responded with photos of what I actually received, it took several more days before I got any kind of response, indicating that they would gladly replace the items that were missing. Yet again, a couple of weeks passed, and I received absolutely nothing. So I emailed them to let them know. And I got a scathing response from someone named "Jennifer," who told me that FedEx confirmed they had delivered the box. And that I was supposed to contact them and figure out what happened. They're not going to respond, because it's the company responsibility to properly package anything-- and apparently, I did not spend enough. This is the response I got after calling their customer service by phone after Jennifer's email, letting me know that the company was going to wash their hands of me. I was supposed to get back to her with whatever response. The only indication that it was dumped here by FedEx was the tracking number (which I did use to file a complaint about the condition of the box I received, and the fact that items were missing). FedEx has never responded to that complaints on the file on their website electronically. This has been since October of 2023.
The box I received not only was not very well sealed, but it was a plain, obviously used cardboard box--way too large for the number of products inside. And the fact that it wasn't sealed with anything more than a single strip of packing tape, which allowed products to fall out, tells me that the company doesn't care about the way its very expensive products are shipped. I will never order from this company again. It's a shame, because I've visited France, and have purchased Yves Rocher products, which are superior in quality.
I believe the US branch of this company is a profoundly disorganized entity, who hires incompetent people to handle customer service complaints. I'm sure they're not paid very well, so I can understand the apathy. Nevertheless, I am at a loss of close to $100 for what I didn't receive. I'm going to have to work with my credit card company on a dispute for that.

Habe am 7.12. Bestellung telefonisch aufgegeben. Heute, am 19.12., nach der 4.(!) telefonischen Rückfrage noch immer keine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Bei jedem der 4 Klärungsversuche bekam ich jeweils eine andere Antwort. Die letzte Version ist nun, dass die Mitarbeiterin bei der telefonischen Bestellung eine "veraltete"(?!) Artikelnummer eingegeben hat.... Der Artikel wäre als Weihnachtsgeschenk gedacht gewesen.... Sendebestätigung habe ich nach wie vor nicht erhalten. Haarsträubend. Meine Telefonate wurden aufgezeichnet > ich hoffe, dass man daraus lernt und entsprechende Konsequenzen zieht! Sonja H.
I’d like to report poor customer…or none at all
I’d like to report poor customer service, but there isn’t “any” service. 3 emails later & still waiting for them to remove a charge from an order not recv d. UPS didt provide tracking to advise the date the order was being delivered. By chance I happened to see a UPS del notice stuck to the front of my apt building. I tried to have them make another attempt but no, they would not. The location to pickup the order myself wasn’t closeby & I don’t drive. Deliver charge $8 is applied to deliveries under $59 but unfortunately delivery may not be completed. Was returned & signed for at their warehouse. Clearly they have it back & still ignore my requests to remove the charge. I guess their asking for a report to their local ombudsman & the consumer report agency. Will be my pleasure .

Efter att Yves Rocher kundansvarig hade läst min feedback, kontaktade hon mig och ville höra mer om min upplevelse. Personen bad om ursäkt å Yves Rochers vägnar och förklarade, att det var ett tekniskt fel som gjorde, att både telefonkön och chatten inte fungerade som de skulle.
Jag fick även föreslå förbättringar, sett från en kunds perspektiv samt fick en kompensation för det upplevda obehaget.
Tycker att Yves Rocher genom det har visat att de bryr sig om kunden och försöker i största möjligaste mån följa upp kundklagomål.
Jag tycker därför det känns efter det rättvist, att ändra antal stjärnor från en till åtminstone fyra. Saker kan ibland gå fel, det viktigaste är inställningen och viljan att förbättra.
URSPRUNGSMEDDELANDE (9 augusti 2023) NEDAN:
Jag försökte idag ringa hela dagen till Yves Rocher. Ringde upp och hamnade i en kö.
Efter en stund bröts telefonkön, utan att jag ens hann komma fram. Detta skedde vid mer än 10 tillfällen och trots att jag var enträgen, fortsatte problemet och jag blev utestängd igen och igen av systemet.
En gång kom jag fram och samtalet bröts istället mitt i.
Jag skrev till Yves Rocher chatt på nätet vid två tillfällen om problemet med deras växel och att jag inte kommer fram.
Istället för att svara mig, avslutade den som höll i chatten ärendet, utan att ta sig an min fråga. Båda gångerna.
Jag föreslår att ni går igenom den tekniska biten med telefonkön och rättar till problemet, som är mycket irriterande. Man ska kunna stå i kön utan att hela tiden falla ut och behöva ringa tillbaka gång på gång.
Jag föreslår även att ni lär personen som svarar i chatten att inte bara helt sonika stänga ut folk utan att svara.
Man ska respekt för kundernas klagomål och kunna hantera dem på ett vänligt och professionellt sätt.
En automatisk röst vid anslutning till telefonkön i början säger, att det är "viktig för Yves Rocher att kunden ska uppleva GOD KUNDSERVICE".
Lev upp till det då och låt det inte stanna vid vad som i sådana situationer framstår som fagra standarduttryck, som leder till besvikelse för kunden.

I made an Order, paid it and never received it. Customer service do not answer my email since weeks. The order itself at all disappeared from my profile. Of course without any notification. Money was not refunded as well.

J'ai toujours été fidèle à Yves rocher mais ça se dégrade.
Les "supers cadeaux " sont d une valeur minime et peu intéressants.
Dire qu au début Yves rocher offrait des cadeaux de valeur (parfum, crème visage) la qualité et valeur du cadeau laissent maintenant vraiment à désirer.
La dernière fois j achète un savon avec 50% de réduction. Il était minuscule et très cher malgré la réduction.
Les produits sont onéreux mais de qualité.
Les hôtesses de la boutique de Nantes et celles que je joins par téléphone m informent très bien et sont quasiment toujours très aimables.

I get free gifts every time, which is quite fun. Customer service is exceptional. Shipping is fast. Items are packed well. They care about the environment. Really.
