Es la primera vez que uso un servicio proxy y la verdad me alegro tanto de haber encontrado su servicio cuando buscaba donde pedir una figura que por desgracia Bandai Premium no vendía a mi país. Gracias a Yoyakunow con su asistencia y buenos tiempos de respuestas a mis preguntas, amabilidad y buena atención al cliente me sentí decidida a pedir con ellos y conseguir la figura que quería. Stellar Communication!
The communication that yoyakunow provided on my order was fantastic. Ryota-san in particular made things very clear for me, which is very important when I am a non-Japanese speaker and ordering from outside of Japan.
Despite some ambiguity in the entire purchase/checkout process (which is normal as an international customer), I never felt uneasy that something would prevent me from being able to get my desired purchase!
