Probably the best service I've had since Solaris Japan
Absolutely phenomenal. When I ordered my package and used the DHL service, my figure got here in a little over a week. It was expensive, though. The one nitpick I have is that it was expensive. Very. But it was worth the price I paid to not wait several months for a piece of plastic with die-cast metal.

J'ai réalisé plusieurs commandes chez Okini.land et j'ai toujours été satisfait. Lors de la dernière livraison les 5 boîtiers CD des jeux NEC PC engine sont arrivés cassés. Je l'ai signalé au service après vente. Il m'ont indiqué ,que par chance ,les boîtiers CD pouvaient se remplacer facilement et que je recevrai un coupon de dédommagement de la valeur des boîtiers...

Très bien ! Je recommande ce site aux dénicheurs de produits collectors venant du Japon. J’ai pu acheter un objet introuvable en France et vendu à des prix exorbitants sur les sites classiques de vente (Amazone, EBay). Le Service client est à l’écoute et a répondu à mes questions.
À savoir toutefois car cela peut surprendre : des frais de douanes s’appliquent à l’entrée du pays de destination.

My order came damaged
My order came damaged. When i told them about it, all they said was to order more product but never said they would do anything to correct the damaged product I received. Still haven't heard back from them. Never ordering from them again

Great shipping experience! I had ordered right before a holiday i had no clue about, so there were some delays, but that made it all okay! I didnt even mind the delay, just hadnt gotten a shipping label until after its what i was worried about but when they got back it was sent and arrived real quick!

Une honte, je ne reçois pas ma commande et je me fais menacer par les services d OKINI LAND ( BEN ) parce que tout simplement je fais appel à mon assurance PayPal pour remboursement . Ceux ci veulent me bloquer mon compte 🤷♂️allez y !👍

Pour clarifier les choses : Nous vous avons simplement indiqué la démarche habituelle dans ce genre de situation (contacter la poste japonaise pour faire avancer le dossier).
Nous avons aussi expliqué que, le temps que l’enquête PayPal soit en cours, votre compte client serait temporairement limité afin de protéger les deux parties pendant cette période, il ne s’agit absolument pas d’une limitation définitive ou d’un blocage permanent.
Je comprends que vous ayez préféré ouvrir un litige directement via PayPal, c’est votre droit le plus complet. Cela dit, comme vous avez déjà passé plus de 10 commandes chez nous sans aucun souci, nous aurions vraiment préféré pouvoir résoudre cela ensemble directement par notre service client, comme nous le faisons habituellement avec nos clients fidèles.
Je regrette sincèrement que la situation ait pris cette tournure et que des propos aient pu être perçus comme des menaces de part et d’autre, ce n’est l’intention de personne ici.
