Customer service was fantastic, with prompt and gracious replies. The products arrived in a timely and efficient manner, with perfect packaging as well. I cannot recommend enough.

I have nothing but praise and good words to give to the people over at Yoyakunow. I ordered a 1/60 PG Gundam but due to an error in the import code the item never made it through customs and was sent back.

The team at Yoyakunow were very quick to respond to this and very quick to sort out the issue. Their communication with me was on point which reassured me throughout the whole process.

Fast shipping within the expected time frame for EMS and the tracking url was sent via messaging on the website. The figure box was wrapped in bubble wrap and kept firmly in place by paper packing. Finally, the outside box had fragile labels stuck on either side and was very sturdy.
