Purchased a hard to find item at a very reasonable price for presale on their website. I knew the expected arrival date before placing the order and have been kept informed every step of the way. Multiple delivery options available at good prices considering the distance the item would be travelling, from japan to uk. Fast and reliable service

Make sure you reach out to them after purchase. Placed order and it took months to receive items because they never notified me about the new import fees. I would have paid them instantly if i knew what happening. After the fact though i got my items within a few days of getting things sorted and packaging was great as well as my product.

The process went smoothly and pretty much accurately but two things I’m concerned with which is about customer email inquiries ,the response is slow,it takes days and the other one is the shipping fee when I asked before buying the item,the DDP fee is not included and only will informed after buying the item!..Hopefully these concerns will be addressed the next time but otherwise I like the whole process is being handled and carefully packed my order well,thank you so much,appreciate it!!!..
