Péssimo, pior experiência que ja tive com um banco. Eles nao respondem, nem no wpp nem o email. Estou com dinheiro no banco e não consigo retirar de jeito nenhum, o app nao funciona e perdi acesso a ele e a minha conta, diz que o PIN esta errado. Simplesmente o QR code nao funciona, ele trava na tela da câmera e nao acontece mais nada, estou dependendo desse dinheiro. Desde que comecei a trabalhar e receber pelo yoursafe estou tendo problemas. Nao uso nunca mais, espero conseguir tirar o meu dinheiro de la e nunca mais precisar desse banco

I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with YourSafe. I initiated a money transfer (ACH transfer to US bank) 12 days ago, and the funds were deducted from my account immediately. However, the recipient never received the money. The transfer simply vanished.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times regarding this lost transaction, but I am being completely ignored. I have sent emails and filled out contact forms, yet there is total silence on their end, well only robot formal responds that my question was escalated to an appropriate team. Nothing else.

It is unacceptable for a financial service to hold onto client funds and then refuse to communicate. This feels like a scam. Avoid using this service if you don't want to lose your money

Convenient, reliable fast!

My first card was not delivered after 2 months, but they made me another card and I had received it within a week. So I am glad! I am looking forward to make use of the debit card and that I can have great service like this one.

RUN!!! They don't even deserve one Star. This bank is ridiculously ridiculous. I'm so frustrated and feeling sick as I'm waiting for my money which I transferred over 11 days ago via ACH which they stated it takes a maximum of 5 days to clear.

I've been ghosted by the so called support team. I've sent endless emails and tried communicating through their live chat but no ine is replying.

Please don't use this bank if you care about your mental and general health or else you'll go crazy, especially if you are not of colour and not in their country.

They were very straightforward and kept communication lines open. Never ghosted me. Once I knew they were part of Verotel and had roots in the Dutch banking system, I knew it was legitimate.

muy rapida y clara atencion de parte del servicio de ayuda, solo me gustaria agregar que seria muy bueno si pudieran poner la opcion de retirar el dinero a paypal o payoneer, actualmente no tengo forma de retirarlo lamentablemente :(
