Missing ACH payment
I have made an ACH transfer from yoursafe to my bank account 6 days ago, and the money is nowhere to be seen. Their website says ACH transfers take no more than 3 working days.
Their direct chat stops responding when you've stated your problem. Their phone contact always says "No support agents are currently available to take your call" after some epic music, not matter if you click on option 1, 2 or 3. Their whatsapp is non-responsive.
I DO NOT recommend this service.

Hello. Unfortunately we're seeing massive delays on ACH's due to our banking partners. We're working hard to resolve this. But ACH's can take up to 6 weeks, as we've also notified in the transaction area of our platform.

The company blocked my account and I can't use my money. I've already written them a bunch of emails and WhatsApp messages, but they still haven't responded. Absolutely nothing!!!

A €6,500 ACH transfer sent 15 days ago and no sign of it nor replies from their support
On April 28th I sent an ACH transfer for €6,454.13 and it's now been 9 business days, and I've sent emails, tried their whatsapp support, and tried every phone number on their website (apparently none of them work), got no sign of life.
This is absolutely insane. It's fine to have issues, what's not fine is leaving your customers hanging not knowing if their money is safe.
Oh and by the way, also sent a $5 transfer on April 21st (14 business days ago) that never arrived

On the day I left this review, the transfers arrived. raised it by 1 star, reason i don't increase more is because I only got a reply from support here. No reply from email, whatsapp or live chat.

Unfortunately we've seen large delays in ACH transfers due to our banking partners. We're working hard to resolve this. Rest assured, your money will arrive, but I cannot give you an exact timeline for this.
We're also working hard on a structural solution to prevent this from happening in the future.
Yoursafe is "verotel" and "bitsafe"
I've contacted Yoursafe dozens of times.....they never respond. Yoursafe is "verotel" and "bitsafe". They use different names because verotel, for example, has only 1 star reviews. Yoursafe never pays me on time and are almost always 5 payments/weeks behind! The merchant site claims these payments are made but they are not. They are, today, 5 payments behind and do not respond to any contact. Trustpilot is just another fake rating site that takes money to give fraud businesses a fake review. "Yoursafe is great" they claim when yoursafe/verotel get nothing but bad reviews while not honoring contracts they have with merchants/not paying merchants.

Hello! Indeed. Bitsafe was renamed to Yoursafe, as we don't do crypto, which was confusing to people. Verotel is one of our brands, specifically for accepting creditcards online. Here some bad reviews are from shoppers, which should be directed towards merchants. Please let us know on feedback@yoursafe.com about your specific case, and we can help out!

It shouldn't take over 5 business days (and counting) to receive an ACH transfer for 60 usd. On top of that they haven't had US customer support available.
Update: still haven't received any communication with customer service or my MONEY. Never using them again.

Hallo! Soms kan het zijn dat er een kleine vertraging op inkomend geld zit. Dat kan ook aan de verzendende bank liggen. Dan lijkt het geld verzonden, maar is dat nog niet. Dan hebben wij het ook nog niet ontvangen.

Transferencia 1 ACH
Califico con 1 estrella debido a una experiencia completamente inaceptable.
Realicé una transferencia el 10 de abril y hasta la fecha no he recibido los fondos. Aunque inicialmente se me informó que la operación fue aprobada, el dinero no ha llegado y no existe claridad sobre su estado actual.
Lo más grave es la falta total de comunicación. He enviado múltiples correos solicitando información básica como el ACH trace ID, el banco intermediario y el estado detallado de la transferencia, y no he recibido ninguna respuesta.
En un servicio financiero, donde se manejan fondos de los usuarios, este nivel de desatención es preocupante. No solo hay un retraso significativo, sino también una ausencia absoluta de soporte, lo cual genera desconfianza.
Por estas razones, mi calificación es de 1 estrella. Espero una respuesta urgente y una solución inmediata.
Actualización: Esta respuesta no aborda mi caso.
La transferencia fue realizada el 10 de abril y hasta la fecha no ha sido recibida. Global66 ha confirmado que no han recibido ningún fondo, y Yoursafe no ha proporcionado ningún ACH trace ID ni prueba de que la transferencia haya sido enviada.
Esto no es un retraso normal, es una falta de transparencia sobre el estado de los fondos del usuario.
Procederé a presentar una queja formal ante el regulador.

Habe seit August ein Yoursafe Konto und hatte bisher nie Probleme. Habe jetzt nach einem Aufenthalt in Asien Fragen zu einigen Zahlungen dort gehabt und mir wurde innerhalb von Stunden geantwortet und meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich finde alles sehr unkompliziert und easy. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde Yoursafe immer weiterempfehlen.

Vandaag 28 april reactie. Er is ook 11 dagen na melding een email gekomen of het nummer van de kaart door wilde geven. NA 11 DAGEN!
Heb ze terug gemaild dat ik inmiddels de kaart bij de politie heb afgegeven. Niet gelezen dus. Want nu krijg ik dus de opmerking dat ik de kaart mag doorknippen.
Nonchalant bedrijf.
Voor de mensen die overwegen hier een rekening openen. Ik heb een Visa kaart op straat gevonden. Gebeld, krijg niemand te pakken. Mechanisch engels verzoek van opgave emailadres en telefoonnummer. Dat doe ik dus niet. Via Google hun emailadres gevonden. Gemeld, op de bevestigingsmail na, geen enkele reactie. Veilig is het dus niet.
