Their service was excellent. They were understanding and didn't ask too many questions. I explained the problem to them and it was fixed immediately.
I am very grateful to them.

My funds since November 25 2025 has not return to my account until today i keep messaging them but no more response until now keep saying same response to wait for merchant my money no where to be found until now no proof either or updates that its bern process or what?

My experience with YourSafe has been honestly terrible.

First of all, customer support is very slow and often gives generic copy-paste responses that don’t actually solve anything. When your money is involved, waiting days without a clear answer is unacceptable and stressful.

Secondly, the app itself feels unreliable. I’ve had situations where transactions were delayed or statuses were unclear, which makes you nervous because you don’t know where your funds are or what’s happening behind the scenes.

The verification and security processes are also overly complicated and poorly explained. Instead of feeling protected, you just feel stuck in endless checks without proper guidance.

What made everything worse is that my account was suddenly closed without a proper explanation. I received no clear reason, no real support, and no transparency about what happened. Having a financial account shut down like that without communication is extremely frustrating and makes the whole service feel untrustworthy.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I expected a smooth and professional financial service, but instead I got delays, confusion, poor communication, and an unexplained account closure. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform.

They were fast to react to my mail, the only thing they did not do is confirm with me that their actions were completed.

This is the worse bank I have ever been to.
I tried terminating my account: it has been months and weeks that they ignore my mails, calls and tickets. They never validated my devices so the money is still pending and I cannot terminate this bank account. Fees are coming. I am actually working on it with a social worker- and will contact consumer service

C’est la pire banque en ligne à laquelle j’ai pu faire affaire. Impossible de retirer les fonds, blocage total et impossible de fermer le compte. Ils bloquent tout & ne répondent pas à mes mails et mes demande de support & mes appels. J’ai envoyé une vingtaine de mails sans réponses,enfin si, 2 évasives.
Ils ne valident pas mon téléphone ou ma tablette pour virer les fonds, il reste des fonds donc il ne veulent pas fermer non plus le compte. Dossier en cours auprès du service consommateur. Je ne recommande surtout pas , à fuir !

Quick reaction to everything I asked

The app worked fine but suddenly stopped and I couldn't access my account or proceed with ordering my debit card to be delivered. It took me several attempts over a span of years for me to simply update my address because of technical difficulties. Im still waiting for my debit card and have literally gave up trying and unable to spend my money.

They always respond to every question. And I love how the team does it quickly.

This company is either a scam or run by complete dumb humans. Either way, AVOID at all cost!!!!! You will lose not just your patience and sanity trying to get your money out but also your actual money. They charged me 25 Euros for a card they refuse to issue me because they reject every proof of address I upload regardless what it is citing nonsense like: the name and address do not match the card holder when in fact they do. Then, when I finally had enough and decided to transfer my money through a wire transfer. They charged me another 25 Euros. Out of 200 Euro's I had, I was only able to access 80 after they siphoned off their outrageous fees for NOTHING!
