Transferred money to my new account, which is still not showing up after more than 2 weeks. Customer support does not seem to be reachable at all, tried: email, phone and chat.

Good app, working stable, but transfers always taking 1 day! That needs to be changed to instant or something and the card is a problem, but its a good bank to receive your salary.

What is the source of your incoming funds? Please provide us with supporting documents such as an employment contract, invoices and or salary slips.

Please explain the origin of the transaction originating from .... and your economic relationship with the sender. If possible, please provide supporting documents such as an invoice, a process agreement or payment request.

Please note, that we as a licensed financial institution, by the Dutch central bank, are under a legal obligation to fully understand the source of incoming funds and your transactional activity.

Application is easy to use. Security and privacy policy is good. Integration with other bank needs improvements .

I never transferred anything more than 200 euro via it. However, when I informed them via email I'd like to close my account, they didn't react for 4-5 days and they only responded when I left message via contact form in 1-2 days. I tried to reach them on a live chat, but failed 2 days in row waiting resultlessly for a live agent for more than 40 minutes. It makes me think if your funds stuck with them, you might wait for support for a week or even longer being alone with your problem. So, if only you don't have access to traditional bank with quick support team or other EMI in EEA with instant SEPA mode, you opt for this service as a last resort. As a huge minus I put absence of a virtual card, I consider this is must in 2026, and some banks refused to transfer on my IBAN since VoP failed, without this and coupled with this app interface it looks like something from 90-es.

I am updating my previous review because Yoursafe’s response was nothing but a PR stunt. After I posted my initial complaint, their support suddenly re-emerged, only to give me an absurd and completely unfounded reason for closing my account—claiming I tried to open a second account under a different name, which is entirely false.
​They informed me that my account is being shut down and stated that my frozen funds (€414.58) would be returned to the donation platform from which they originated. However, when I asked for official written confirmation or a receipt of this transaction, they flatly refused to provide any documentation.
​To make matters worse, it has been days and absolutely nothing has happened. The funds are still sitting visible in my blocked account. They haven't sent the money back, and true to form, they have gone completely silent again, ignoring all my follow-up emails.
​This is not how a regulated financial institution behaves. They freeze your money, make up excuses to close your account, promise a refund with zero paper trail, and then ignore you again. Avoid Yoursafe at all costs. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional

I am currently a customer and I have a yoursafe account. I am using the account to receive and ache transfers. I had made a transfer about 18 days ago now. When I contacted customer service on the 5th day, they re-ensured me that it takes typically 4-6 business days for ach transfer to process. And if I didn't get it by the 6st day , to feel free to contact them back. I have , multiple times and have not heard back once out of 10, MAYBE 15 times; I reached back out to them. I do not know what happened to my money and it seems to be impossible to get any help about my transfer. This financial institution is a freakenn joke! Definitely do not recommend anyone to do any sort of money transfer through "YOURSAFE" .
