Your Florida Holiday Arvostelua

Great company to deal with. Communication was very clear, easy and responded with answers to questions quickly. I would definitely deal with Your Florida Holiday again and will use them in the future for any further USA holidays.

We booked our big family trip with Ozzie and honestly, his been absolutely amazing! He has been nothing but helpful and understanding to my constant questions and have booked us the best holiday for the best price. Nothing is too much for him, his always attentive to emails and phone calls. Would 100% recommend Your Florida Holiday and Ozzie in particular.

We had a budget and fairly specific timetable to stick to. I always look around and do my homework as it's often harder to get deals for a family of 5. I spoke to Ozzie who gave us various options on a full Disney package deal. Really liked his honesty and candid opinions – gave us great insights to the accommodation, it's area and really practical and useful advice. Thank you Ozzie and thank you Your Florida Holiday – we can't wait until August.

Just booked my second holiday with Ozzie. We first used this company for a holiday in May 2024, Ozzie sorted everything for us, the villa was amazing and the customer service was exceptional. We've just booked our second trip through Ozzie again, didn't even bother checking other company's or websites as I know he will find us the best holiday to meet our needs at the cheapest price possible.

So helpful super easy to deal with

Ozzie, Alex, and the team at Your Florida Holiday have been fantastic, providing excellent service at a great price. I know I am a hard-to-please client, and Ozzie has been very patient, coming back with numerous options. So far, I am delighted. Booked for August 2026, so I hope to be able to come back and write another glowing report after our trip :) Thanks Kevin Law

I contacted a few different company’s who would be able to arrange a booking for me to Orlando. Ozzie contacted me swiftly and I was very happy with the quote. It is difficult finding time to arrange these types of getaways so having someone handle this for me has been great. I would definitely recommend and would return for future holidays.

I initially spoke to Ozzie and Alex who were both excellent helping me booking a family holiday to Orlando with my family. Great communication and both were very knowledgable and helped us find the perfect villa and vehicle for my disabled little boy.
They did such a great job that when my partner and I decided on a road trip we went back to the company. Ryan is our adviser and again he has been perfect for us. Recommending and booking hotels in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Plus the car that we needed for the trip.
Nothing is a problem for these guys and I envisage using them for many years to come. Thanks Guys

Customer service is amazing, answer all questions and received really good quotations, I have not booked just yet for next year just awaiting other companies response but I like what I see so far.

Very easy and pleasant to talk with and the quote is the best so far covering all our needs.

I think this is the next holiday in the making thank you.

Alex has always been super helpful to sorting our requests. Florida can be a headache to sort without people like these. I tried for this year, as I had more time on my hands, but gave up, and went back to Your Florida Holiday - thank Alex I did !!

We used Florida holiday and Alex arranged our travel, stay and transportation through our holidays in Orlando. He has been really helpful and replied to all our questions regardless the time difference.
Everything was perfect and we would use them again.

Ryan has been absolutely fantastic and super helpful and patient with my many questions. I have been to Florida many times but never got my booking made as easy or quick before. Ryan has made the booking process really straightforward and secured us a deal with everything included, which we are incredibly happy with. Thanks so much for all of your help, I will definitely be contacting Ryan for future bookings to Florida and I would highly recommend contacting Ryan to sort out your next Florida Holiday.

Ryan Very accommodating and Made everything straight forward and easy, would definitely Use again thank you.

Ryan has been amazing, very helpful throughout the quoting stage to booking our family holiday to Florida, he has been quick to respond to questions we have had regarding the holiday, we would highly recommend him & the company.

Great help from Ryan again. Used company for our holiday in 2024 and everything was great. Have booked again for 2026 and being a party of 14 we had quite a few requirements but Ryan managed to sort them all and at a great price too.

Very impressed. Had a flight cancelled. They called to check I'd got another flight and advised on claiming compensation. Recommended.

Great communication no hassle or pressure polite and friendly

Alex was helpful from the minute we booked until we came home
He helped us with any problems immediately even if it was his day off
Everything went smoothly when we went to florida and the accommodation was lovely and close to everything and the dining plan was a god send
Would definitely use again and I would highly recommend them
All the staff I dealt with was really good
Thankyou so much xx

💯 would use Lilly again from the first email she was so helpful. The villa we booked was clean and modern we couldn’t have asked for more. The pool heating broke and was fixed on the same day over the Christmas holiday you can’t ask for more than that. On the day we were flying home the flight was cancelled. Before we could even worry about Lilly and her company had us new flights booked. I’ve already passed Lilly details on to friends who want to book.thank you so much for giving me and my family a fantastic holiday

Great dealing with Alex again. Found us exactly what we wanted at a good price. Thanks again Alex.
