Your Florida Holiday Arvostelua

Got me a real good deal and got me prices for all the different hotels I asked for very helpful.
This is my second time booking with them with no problems at all.

As a whole the holiday is brilliant there are a few things that let the whole thing down it all started with the airline having my date of birth and the surnames of my 2 middle children wrong when it was checked over 30 times from booking this was sorted without to much issue but the anxiety was unbearable especially as was not made aware until trying to check in online the night before so no one to contact

The villa that was a total let down from the uncleanliness to the noisy street broken plug sockets and doors culminating in a full blown fight on the street on New Year’s Eve. There are no security to report issues to just a long list of rules to follow which was difficult to do due to no supplies that were listed being supplied.

If we were to recommend anything would be to book separately or make sure the villa is to the high standard expected with the price.

Also Disney was amazing especially understanding and welcoming to cater for my autistic sons needs and the weather was amazing.

I would like to attach pics of the state of the villa but don’t know how if anyone would like them please contact me.

Absolutely faultless service, Ozzie was brilliant and looked for the perfect deal, £1000 cheaper than anywhere else. This company will taylor your holiday the way you want. 👌

Got everything that I wanted for my holiday very quickly from Alex.
Great service!

Just booked our Florida Holiday for next year- in school term time - and what a great price we got it at. Lilly the sales rep was absolutely outstanding. She gave us exactly what we wanted, where we wanted to be. She also managed to include the hire car and Disney passes all within our budget- what a remarkable person she is. Very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I previously tried other holiday company’s before this one and they came nowhere near what she was able to find us. Well done ‘ Your Florida Holiday’ I will be sure to update this review when we get back from the vacation 😀

Great service, booked with Lilly after having a successful experience last time. Lilly has the patience of a saint and has given time and dedication to find us the right place for next year. It’s always difficult with 3 adults and a child as we need 2 rooms, can be costly in Orlando but with the dedication Lilly put in, we’ve now found somewhere close to everything.

What an amazing holiday. Lily found us the villa we have used before and absolutely loved staying at. You can count on Lily to quickly address any issues that pop up and to tailor make your holiday to your specifications. She’s been our preferred travel agent now for almost ten years and we have always been able to count on her for making sure every small detail is 1000% up to spec. We’ve taken parties of 9, to just my husband and myself, and we have never been disappointed. Book with Lily. You’ll get that special touch to your trip, and exceptional care, every time.

Been back about a week from our fantastic Orlando holiday, and credit is due to Alex and the YFH team.
From arranging a trip for 12, to catering for the inevitable withdrawals over the near 2 year lead up to departure, the team at YFH have been great with the amendments we needed to make. We were quite certain where we wanted to be based and the eventual villa, SUV and flights for our reduced party of 7 were all commendable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use YFH again, and will recommend their services to anyone looking at a trip to Florida.

Alex was amazing in helping us book a fabulous family holiday to Florida. This is the second time we have booked through Your Florida Holiday - Alex went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was perfect! Would highly recommend 😁

Ryan has been really helpful and patient ensuring we get our holiday sorted how we want

Second time booking with YFH. They listen to your request and work with you on absolutely everything, not pushy to book and always try to match and beat prices where they can.
Both Ryan and Alex are very helpful.

Initial booking query was answered promptly and phonecall to follow up, Ryan answered all my questions and offered alternatives and better value options.

Didnt try to sell us extras like other Travel agents have

Alex was amazing from start to finish. Even with me requesting extra internal flights, nothing was too much trouble. The package Alex arranged for our family was brilliant we had the best time and the extras were fantastic. The hotel was everything we expected and more. Alex even apologised for a flight delay that was totally outside if his control. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your Florida holiday and a big thank you to Alex

Alex has been extremely patient and helpful with ourselves. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to book a Florida holiday

I cannot recommend this company enough. I delt with Ryan and Alex and nothing was too much trouble for them. We have now booked our holiday with Your Florida Holiday and I would definitely use this company again.

Ryan was great , knowledgeable, polite , and very patient ( as my booking did drag on a bit with trying to get all the family to agree proved testing!
Would recommend Your Florida Holiday Built if you thinking of going to Florida to give them try
Having said that, 50 years of experience tells me the true test of a company, is how the handle problems if things go wrong !
Let’s hope there are no problems 😂

Ryan was very helpful in assisting with our booking. Always at end of phone if needed made booking experience simple.

Excellent service and communication. Ozzie listened to what we wanted and ensured we got the holiday that suited our needs. Kept us up to date on changes etc. Great advice ,service and of course price.

Ozzy the rep was very helpful and went out of his way to accomadate my requirements. Very quick to respond to emails . Excellent service.

Patience shown by Ryan was amazing as we couldn’t makeup our mind. Finally we made a decision and he came through with great offer. Thank you Ryan Andress.
