The two factor authorisation code being sent is incorrect every time meaning I cannot access my account. No way to contact unless you use there chat, which is a bot and says a human will get in touch when they're ready. No contact number. Emailed and said it may take 24 hours to respond! I need access to my Money/vouchers now!

Process too complicated and doesn't work
The whole process for obtaining my electronic vouchers was far too complicated. The 'I am not a robot' test is ridiculously difficult and often doesn't work. In fact I was unable to redeem one of my vouchers because of this. After resetting my password it finally worked. A very unsatisfactory experience. I will not recommend Youchoose to others.

I have chosen mine to change to jet2 and it’s been the hardest thing to do since and in the end booked my holiday without using it as you can’t even use it through jet2 but through another company it’s an absolute joke in my eyes now £50 voucher has gone down the drain

Do not buy a gift card from these…
Do not buy a gift card from these jokers. They sell gift cards in denominations of £10+ in £5 increments. I received a £25 gaming gift card and cannot actually use it for PSN credit as they only offer £32, £35, £40 etc. So the gift I've been given needs extra money on top to even be usable. Unacceptable when you think you're gifting someone an amount but they have to add to that for it to even become usable.
And to top that off, I can't even pay the difference if I wanted to because their checkout flatout refuses to work. I put in CC details to reluctantly pay the difference, click continue and literally nothing happens. Tried to talk to their chat bot and it's less than useful. Said I'd already redeemed my gift card and had issues at checkout and got "looks like you're having issues redeeming your gift car...". I then asked it to put me through to a human and I just got told 'nobody's working right now. Have a nice day'. Oh and on top of that, good luck getting the website to remember that you logged in. Had to login again on literally every page, including the worst capchas I've ever seen.
Absolute joke of a company.

Could be easier to exchange
The YouChoose card offers a good variety of options to use however, exchanging the voucher through your security was painful. It must have asked me 5 times if I was human and the picture options were the worst visualsI'd ever seen.

hope it could be have been used as a direct swipe card rather than adding the required brand or product first. I did not know that and then had to wait at the till to first get the online card and then use.

This experience was frustrating, time consuming and hard work
The captcha had 3 sessions. The final session was nearly impossible with jumping characters not being selected. I had to abandon whilst in the shop and go back to the shop the next day. The create account took too long to set up. I lost too much time with my youchoose voucher. I will not recommend this system and have my informed my family member that gifted me it. My family member was disappointed too.

We decided to swap our voucher for just eat so we could pay for takeaway with the family while they were over. We requested the voucher around 5.30pm and the voucher code did not come through until midnight. We ended up having to pay separately for the takeaway. Emailed you choose and they have said there is nothing they can do.

While our Terms & Conditions advise that gift card codes can take up to 48 hours to be delivered during busy periods, we have reviewed your order and can see that your Just Eat gift card code was actually sent at 5:13pm on Monday 31 August, just 2 minutes after your exchange request was placed.
If you did not see the email at the time, we would always recommend checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders, as email providers can sometimes filter automated emails away from the main inbox.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to make alternative payment arrangements when you believed the code had not arrived. However, based on our records, the gift card was fulfilled and emailed successfully shortly after your request was made.

I have ordered three gift cards and so far I have only received one. These gift cards seem overly complicated for what they are especially when you don't get what you purchase within a few hours. You have to plan where you want to spend them a few days minimum prior to actually going shopping.

Becoming Unusable Due To Poor Staff Decisions
UPDATE: Their response below is complete and utter garbage. There is nothing wrong with that extremely famous email provider. Moreover, if they are supposedly worried about fraud, why do they happily take your money? All they do is attempt to withold your purchases, which is unlawful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I've been buying You Choose gift cards for 4 years, having my account (which is a requirement) for that period with the same details throughout, including my email address. I recently found that the gift cards were not being sent to me and I'd have to use their Help section to chase them up. Today they told me that my email address is "disposable" and I have to change it or else.
A "disposable" email address that I've been using with them successfully for 4 years?! What utter rot.
Official organisations don't have any issue with my email address, which is from an extremely well-established provider for email, cloud storage, etc., but apparently You Choose have now decided they do.
Am I supposed to create an email address from some other random provider just to use with You Choose??? That is totally unreasonable and not going to happen.
Clearly some busybody at their company had no useful input to make, so decided to add this nonsensical hurdle for their customers. Especially idiotic given the complaints they already get for how cumbersome the process of using their gift cards is.
It's such an utterly absurd attempt to justify not fulfilling orders. I was not told there was an issue with my email address by the retailer that sold me the You Choose gift card, so I will not accept being denied what I paid for because You Choose have suddenly decided they dislike the style of my details.
