The whole process to purchase a gift…
The whole process to purchase a gift card from a retailer such as Just eat is long and frustrating. Firstly the minimum amount of £15, I already had £10 credit so had to top up with £5. You can only use a credit card, not a debit card. ( not everyone has a credit card )
As soon as my payment was made and was confirmed with a motifs ton from my bank, a message popped up on the screen from You Choose with:
We are sorry!!!
Your order has been processed, but there has been a payment irregularity.
Your payment status is:
Failed...
You will receive an email with details of your order shortly.
(Be sure to check your junk/spam folder)
I excepted to receive my voucher code straight away and not have to wait hours, possibly days for it to arrive.
NOT HAPPY at all, just as well I did not purchase a you choose gift card as it was given to me as a gift. Will make sure no one gives me this gift card again.!!!

The gift card denominations available for exchange are set by the individual brands and retailers themselves, so in the case of Just Eat, the minimum value options are determined by the retailer rather than YouChoose.
With regard to your order, from what we believe to be your transaction, your Just Eat gift card code was actually sent within 2 minutes of your order being placed at 6:50pm. We would always recommend checking spam and junk folders, as digital gift card emails can sometimes be filtered by email providers.
The payment status message you saw can occur when an order is reviewed by our payment and security systems. These checks are in place to help protect customers and gift card recipients from fraudulent activity.

Very strange why I should wait for 48 hours. I want shopping online now, but not after 48 hours. I still don't get my many, just only receive emails about 48 hours. For me it's look like scamer. I hope I'm wrong.

In these circumstances, additional security checks are carried out to protect customers, retailers and our platform from fraud.

Why when given a gift card do you have…
Why when given a gift card do you have to register then buy another voucher for the place you want to use it, this is a difficult process esp for those not tech savvy like me, result being in said restaurant that I wanted to use it when trying to pay part of the bill the voucher needed to be created but then I never received it until after we had left via email now I have a voucher I can’t use as restaurant isn’t close by, frustrated that it’s not simple as handing over and asking for it to be used!

Easy to find and use
It was a bit confusing at first as we thought the card we were gifted was the one you used at the take away. After we registered the card it all made sense and was easy to understand and buy a voucher.

Games more expensive than other sites (including the platforms your obtaining keys for). Had to email support about not receiving the keys for the two games purchased. They contacted IT and I received One of the Two keys. Awful!
