They promote scam or phising from his domain, Signed on they website and now I receive monthly a mail from his domain. Trying to impersonate Metamask wallet suport with embebed links

I just received a scam email from reviews @yotpo.com, trying to steal criptos.
You should really revise your security...

The product we're using is great (loyalty program on our own custom coded site). The account support is absolutely atrocious, nearly absent. Chat support always has to get back to you at a later time (no instant support). We've had 4 account managers since we launched our program ~9 mos ago. It seems like their development side is ok but their account support side is nonexistent. Then we finally had a call with our account manager today and he had absolutely nothing prepared to show or talk to us about, even though the call has been scheduled for over 2 months. Basically, you're on your own once the product is installed. Implementation was also a nightmare, took ~6 mos with virtually no structure to the implementation or guidance from Yotpo, just threw a bunch of dev articles at us and would respond to emails a day or days later. Only positive is that it's affordable. But I guess you get what you pay for?

This is just a corrupt company from China. I ordered NYDJ well over a month ago and never received them. I purchased through NYDJ Apparel, LLC. Now I learn that NYDJ, Apparel, LLC has no affiliation with NYDJ.

This company’s business model is spam emails without consent. If you want to ruin your company’s reputation, use Yotpo.

Unsolicited emails asking for VistaPrint reviews. Have reported the unsolicited emails to ICO.org.uk. YotPo are well known for allowing businesses to hide negative reviews.

I tried to make a negative review for Bloomsbury Manor which uses Yotpo reviews on Bloomsbury Manor websites in Yotpo. However, I can only make a review by the seller's invitation link by email. So, no one can leaves a negative review as the seller won't invite anyone who complained to them. How possibly this fair????

This company is an official Google partner, yet the Google Store Rating feature is only available on their Professional plan which costs a whopping $169 dollars a month. This is clearly a greedy move designed to funnel more customers into a higher tier out of necessity. If you are a small ecommerce store then Yotpo is not a viable option as you will not be able to increase your Google Store Rating via reviews using the free or starter plan, this means you will show less in organic search results than your competitors who have this feature activated because their store rating can grow higher than yours. Tried asking them to add this feature for me and I was politely told to take a hike. So its on to a new provider for me which sucks because I really liked the integration and features of Yotpo. Greed ruins all all these small SAAS companies as they grow and scale into recognised industry leaders.

They hide negative reviews. I left a negative review for a product on online shop.

I confirmed review via email - but it was never published. The product only has 5 star reviews. Very shady and corrupt.

Reported a negative experience less than 4 months ago on a shop website. I still have the email asking to confirm my email adress in order to submit the review but the review itself magically disappeared after some time because today it's no longer there.

Yotpo have censored my review of KRATOMBIRD. They represent KRATOMBIRD who hhave washed their hands with me and my missing Delivery worth £100+ and their customer service told me no worries we will chase it up... Now it's call them yourself. Poor customer service and daylight robbery at Christmas.

When my high school predominately white hat was received, there were what appeared to be dirty finger prints on the bill of the hat. After reported to the company, they requested photos. They were sent, and a few days later I had to ask what were they going to do about it. Eventually they said "…we didn’t get them. Can you text them?” So they were sent again. Since then no answer at all. Not we will replace it, go pound sand, nothing. So, I would not recommend buying anything from this company. They sent a greasy, dirty hat, and have ignored the matter. Not what you expect for a company selling hats for close to $30.

Scammer using this service is sending phishing emails. I wanted to let Yotpo know, but the form for Press Inquiries does not work when you click on Submit. There is no other way to reach out to them.

Their customer support is crap. The only responses you get are by bots. I asked a simple question - give me step by step instructions for my customers to redeem their points. I have customers coming onto my site who have earned points and do not know how to redeem them. I want to have step by step instructions on my website to explain this. It's a no brainer for a company to be able to provide that, and yet, I get nowhere with their garbage support

Do not use Yotpo as they have shady business practices and poor customer support. We made a big mistake signing a yearly contract for Yotpo SMS, Reviews, UGC, and Rewards.

1. Yotpo offered four free months of services by signing a yearly contract with them but still charged us $5,245.80 USD for the most recent quarter when the free months were supposed to begin (at the end of the contract). This is explicitly stated in our contract with them. When I brought this to their attention, they said they'd look into it, and it has already been weeks without an update.

2. If you use Yotpo SMS there is a "reloadable" balance to fund your messages. However, it turns out according to their terms of service this reloadable is nonrefundable, even if you stop using Yotpo for SMS. We currently have $5,681.42 USD in that account which is now just "Yotpo Bucks". I understand this is in their terms of service, but it is simply an unethical business practice.

3. If they try to sell you on the benefit of having an account manager with them just ignore it. Their account managers have a high turnover rate and hardly get back to you.

Don't make the same mistake as us as it might cost you $11,000 as it did for us unless we enter litigation. I wish Shopify had higher standards and considered "terms of service" and customer support before approving an app into their Certified App Program.

So go to submit a bad review on a product and get error message. Click on good review and it goes through. This site is a scam to stop bad reviews!

Be careful of yotpo.top website, I thought it was a great way to pickup some extra bucks. But one of the recruiters "Daisey" supposely out of Boston and customer service at 7135890050 setup you up to add funds to your account in order for you to get your pay out. It's really slick, but in retrospect I was dumb. The idea is for you to complete reviews and get paid per review, you have two sets of 40/40 reviews for Amazon or some online retailer and you get paid $50 for an hour work. Then they introduce you to lucky orders which pay you a bonus, but the bonus puts you in a negative balance and you have to "recharge your account to payoff the negative balance before you can complete your 40 reviews and withdraw your money. Problem is they always inflate the amount and won't allow you to get finish the assignment. They claim it's your acct but they control the withdrawal. I have screen shots I took, be very wary. When we first embedded the app into our shopify store they reviews worked fine. Then new reviews stopped showing on our site even though they say published. Yotpo help consist of articles like how to moderate your reviews, but offer no support to troubleshoot why their product no longer works.
