I have followed all the required rules you listed, including non-mentioning of other brands, or the price paid.

You removed my review for "violating rules" which I didn't violate, because my review was not a positive one.

You are dishonest, and your platform is biased and worthless.

Argos use this service - tried to write a review for a £450 phone and wasn't able to without invite. It sounds reasonable until you realise, anyone who has returned an item before receiving this email is silenced not to mentioned those who do receive it and respond but who's reviews are not posted (as you can read online). What a world we live in! No integrity.

If your company is using Bazaarvoice products you are likely in breach of UK and EU data protection regulations. This is because they use a partner product called iesnare from Iovation. The UK ICO have already found against this company for their misuse of Personally Identifiable Information and it seems they have no intention to stop.

Today it goes a step further as ASDA (who use Bazaarvoice/iesnare) have required the disabling of any technology that interferes with iesnare tracking before they allow posting of reviews. This includes disabling network-based privacy and child protection measures.

There is no justifiable reason for such extreme and intrusive behaviour.

We were seriously considering Bazaarvoice for our ecommerce website, but unfortunately the experience during the initial contact stage has been very disappointing.

After reaching out via the website chat, I was redirected to their support page. Since then, the live chat option has stopped appearing altogether. I also tried contacting them via email multiple times and did not receive a response.

We had a scheduled call, but no one joined - I waited in the Teams lobby for 10 minutes with no update. I followed up by email to understand what happened, but again received no reply.

At one point, I did receive a message suggesting a reschedule with an account manager, but overall communication has been inconsistent and unreliable.

For a company of this scale, we expected a much more structured and responsive onboarding experience.

Bad company that manipulates reviews for Canadian tire and others. They should be yanked from the web. Very un trust worthy.

One of the worst B2B providers we deal with. They are a review company that is incredibly unresponsive. They tell you what to do but have now clue.

Their domain is being used by scammers. Avoid.

Leclerc utilise ce modérateur pour la gestion de ses avis. Ce prestataire censure systématiquement les avis dès lors qu'il ne sont pas bon, même si ceux ci respecte leur charte..

Their salespeople are good, but unfortunately the product is garbage and their client support is even worse. Avoid this company at all costs.

"Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"

So, censured for a true review, and, of course, they hide behind No-reply emails so we have no contact to ask why it was not accepted, clearly working with bias.

Le boucher a pesé les 4 et a facturé les 4 , normalement 3+1 c’est pesé les 3 sortirent l’étiquette et ensuite rajouter le +1 gratuit sauf erreur de ma part, il a fais ça avec les autres clients aussi , les 4 peser les 4 payé il nous a dit que l’offre était en faite le +1 gratuit faisait revenir les 4 a 13,87 euros se boucher n’a rien compris et on n’a essayé de lui dire mais rien à faire, vraiment déçu

There is absolutely no recourse when an unhinged customer leaves a scathing review that is 10% accurate and 90% false which we can back up with notes and recordings. This individual left multiple negative reviews of a variety of products. Our only consolation is that, the average reader will be able to tell that the reviewer perhaps had some personal issues unrelated to the product and customer service rep who attempted to help them. It would be NICE if there was a way for companies to politely respond publicly with critical details the reviewer left out.

We’ve used Bazaarvoice for many years as our reviews platform and the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing - especially given the enterprise pricing and multi-year lock-in.
Key Problems:
1. Legitimate reviews are blocked with no transparency.
A huge portion of reviews from verified customers get flagged by their internal “fraud detection” - even when they’re clearly authentic. There’s no way to override this or approve flagged reviews manually. Support offers generic explanations and doesn’t resolve the root problem. What’s the point of a review platform that stops real reviews from showing?

2. No real view of where reviews are syndicated.
One of Bazaarvoice’s biggest selling points is review syndication but there’s no actual visibility into where your reviews appear. The “syndication report” was just a list of vague brand names, no URLs, and no live data. After manually checking every entry, we found that: Many retailers don’t carry our products anymore, several no longer exist, and some show 3+ year-old reviews, which offer no real value. We estimate the actual useful syndication list is 40–60% smaller than claimed.

3. Admin access is limited.
Even with full admin rights in the Bazaarvoice portal, you can’t make many changes yourself. You’ll need to contact support, get handed off to another team, follow instructions on how you should file a ticket, wait days for a response. Why should your admin users not be able to manage key functions directly? And why is on clients to create internal tickets for Bazaarvoice's teams?

4. Locked into a rigid 3-year contract — with no way out.
We’re stuck in a three-year commitment with no exit clause.

5. Fees are increasing
Prices have gone up, while the user experience remains same for us, as we do not need/use any new additional features available.

we got in touch to transfer our reviews from our website to an ecommerce place. They asked for 700usd a month, they also mentioned that if membership is cancelled reviews will be deleted immediately. Ever since we contacted them, we received 4 negative non-verified buyer nonsense feedbacks for our products and we have been asked to pay 3-400 usd a month only to be able to reply to those most likely fictional comments. We also sent fliers with our orders asked for feedbacks in return of promotional goods, 8 customers complainted that they were not able to leave us positive feedbacks. These people run a monopoly on feedbacks across ecommerce websites, which has to stop immediately. If you have time and money, go ahead and sue them. Any CEO out there, please cancel their contracts and own your feedbacks.
