Hollo Men Belts I was looking to purchase a Dior belt for myself, I decided on the men's one as my waist is not tiny, lol, I left messages at different companies, the only person to return my query was HenryS who was able to establish that I needed a men's size 7, I then saved up and purchased one from Hollomen as soon as I had the money. The staff & Henry followed up with emails letting me know when it would be delivered, I thought a couple of weeks from the UK to Australia, but it arrived this morning (less than a week from purchase on-line), beautifully packaged, via Australia Post courier, exactly the correct size and the leather is beautiful, this is a great luxury item, I can only say that you are in very capable hands when dealing with Hollomenstyle, kind regards, Karen Bell, Sydney NSW 2204, Australia

We bought into the idea of a "fully integrated" platform and it was the #1 reason we selected Yotpo and then they pulled the rug out from under everyone.

First they told us in August that they were getting rid of SMS. Now our contract was up for renewal in October. So when we heard the news we immediately scrambled internally to figure out what to do about SMS and how it would integrate with what we needed to replacce. The selection process originally took us 90-120 days.

So we asked a bunch of questions while we tried to figure out what to do. They presented us with alternative SMS options, however, it didn't solve the problem that they created. Removing SMS and forcing us to find an alternative solution negated the very reason we selected Yotpo.

So all the while we are trying to determine what to do and engaging them in conversations about this... they auto-renewed our contract!

So deceptive and so unethical. I would avoid this company at all costs. They should've been upfront about this and given us time to figure out what to do.

They haven't budged in any way or offered us any considerations. They just keep billing us for the other parts of the application that were bundled in and we don't even use them.

There are much better solutions and teams that will support you in an ethical manner. Yotpo is not one of them.

meiner Bank darstellten und meinten, es würden 5.900 € abgebucht werden und wenn das nicht stimmt und ich das rückgängig machen will, soll ich unter der Telefonnummer ***** das ganze canceln.
Ich bin natürlich nicht darauf reingefallen und habe diese Absendermail sofort blockiert!

Spam Mail bekommen, dass Disney Zahlung fehlgeschlagen wäre

Habe heute eine Fake-Mail von "reviews-yotpo.com" erhalten, dass die Zahlung von Disney+ fehlgeschlagen sei und ich solle meine Zahlungsinformationen aktualisieren. Nur habe ich gar kein Disney+. Also passt auf Leute.

Not worth the money, expensive, staff retention is poor, had 3-4 account manager in space of 12-18 months. Yes for some it will work but found they really dont care about your business. Happy to take the money but not happy to help or reimburse when the platform is under performing.

Die Adresse reviews @yotpo.com wurde für Betrugsmails von SBB als Versandadresse genutzt. Es sollten damit Halbtaxaboverlängerungen bzw. die Bezahlung dafür erschlichen werden.

Ik heb een externe SSD schijf gekocht via Victoria Mae: werkt niet, ik kreeg een 2de opgestuurd, ook die werkt niet, ik kreeg een 3de opgestuurd, ook niet werkend ...: soms een antwoord van Victoria Mae, het meest recent via Navando...
Ik moest eerst aantonen dat ik die 3 schijven nog in mijn bezit had (foto gestuurd ...), nadien schrijft men dat ik een omruilservice kan krijgen, ofwel krijg ik mijn aankoopbedrag teruggestort als ik de 3 schijven terugstuur naar...CHINA !! : Een schande dat dit mogelijk is.
Zoveel mogelijk revieuws schrijven over de praktijken van Navando / Victoria Mae: dit soort oplichters moet er uit !!!

Terrible customer service. I've been trying to use them for their loyalty service but I am unable to create an account. They run around in circles and keep closing my ticket. Funny how they are a reviews and loyalty software but cannot manage their own reviews.

I was a bit surprised to see no positive reviews on the first page, in my experience, they aren't that bad. From an ecommerce product reviews perspective, it's been solid for us.
What really made the experience negative was the decision to shut down email and sms marketing. That caused a bit of inconvenience on our side, especially having to find and switch to alternative. I think this could have been handled with a clearer long term strategy. I'll continue using it for product reviews and Im hoping company can now focus more on this core features.

Criminal organization. We do not want to be subscribed, but its impossible to unsub. And every month they charge an auto upgrade balance, without using the service!!! and its not possible to cancel the automatic charge or the subscription! Like this comment if you think we should proceed a legal case.

They give online businesses the ability to hide and remove negative reviews. I have left positive and negative and positive reviews with online businesses using the Yotpo review platform, and the businesses hid them to make their scores look better. Yotpo gets more clients by giving them the ability to scam reviews.

We've worked with Yotpo for two years when we migrated from Klaviyo for SMS/Email marketing. At first things were good, the pricing was solid and the ROI was good. We integrated Rewards and Subscriptions on a decently discounted contract.

After a year, they sunsetted the subscriptions app for no reason and then 6 months later announced they're getting rid of email and sms.

The rug pull destroyed our trust and confidence in the project. It's too bad, they have (had) some great people working there and an edge on the competitors. Bad business choices overall.
