They have very good benefits of being a member plus the points system is something I love.

App is soo good and too good to be true, highly recommend to everyone

Good customer service, rapid , app is good, practical as fully IT as can give breakdown of expenses.. May be some graphics are welcome.

So far I've been having a great experience, it's really good option to travel, never had a problem.

Yonder has a wide range of fun experiences - restaurants, services, getaways, hotels - where you can spend you points or earn bonus points. It has the most delightful credit card experience i’ve ever tried. Switching from Amex fully to this.

The card points are amazing for big cities and is constantly changing. The fact you can top up your own money to then spend and still get the same benefits is great! Amazing UI on the app and a very simple and clear way to see your balance. Cannot recommend Yonder enough :)

I really enjoy using this card at home and abroad. I love collecting redeemable points that I can use anywhere, anytime. That don’t seem a lifetime away. I really love the top up feature on the credit card! I just wish that users of the Yonder credit, could also get the debit & combine benefits! I also wish the credit offered 3 month free instalment plans.

Getting a credit card can be a painful process, but Yonder made it refreshingly simple from start to finish. The application was straightforward, and I was up and running in no time — exactly the kind of experience more financial providers should offer.

The app is genuinely excellent — intuitive, well-designed, and a pleasure to use daily. The rewards on offer are great and are quite useful when booking things.

What really sets Yonder apart, though, is the customer service. Every query I've raised has been handled quickly, professionally, and resolved without any fuss. You feel like a valued customer, not just an account number.

Easy application. Card was available to use immediately. Appears to work smoothly.
Only criticism is there aren’t enough cities covered but I am sure that will come.

Quick to apply and very transparent

Yonder charged me £281 for a transaction that had already been refunded through PayPal. PayPal confirmed and cleared the refund, yet the amount is still showing as debited on my Yonder account. Despite this, I’ve been asked to pay a monthly bill that includes the refunded charge.

What’s been most disappointing is the customer service. I raised a dispute for the transaction over a week ago and still haven’t received any meaningful update or resolution.

I usually prefer supporting smaller businesses and fintech companies over larger providers, but after this experience I’ll most likely be returning to Amex or a similar alternative.
