I initially signed up for the free £10…

I initially signed up for the free £10 but I can't belive how great Yonder actually is, the points that you can spend at local events is so cool, it's so fast too, everything has been instant. The user interface is also one of the most clear and intuitive I've seen, such a great experience of an app well done everyone

Good experience

Good experience , easy application. Very good app and rewards are much clearer and more generous than other banks I've used. Would recommend

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible only a chat or email . Over a day trying to get hold of them and nothing no reply . Not great for a credit card when money is envolved . Ive had to write a complaint only way I think they will take it seriously.
Ive now asked them to close the account still waiting for reply you cant do it yourself you have to wait for a chat agent to come back to yoy which right now they aren't so 1 star as I cant give 0

Edit * I contacted yonder requesting my account be closed on 11th via chat as they instruct. its now 13th and no reply at all not even to say its being ref on nothing .

Terrible avoid

I love yonder

I love yonder. So much flexibility to spend your points on anything. Very responsive customer service team and constantly adding more vendors to better the user experience.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Dispute not dealt with for nearly 10 weeks. Same AI generated answers. No update and no proper help

Poor!!

Poor!!
All was going so well but then the very first credit transaction back into my yonder account rejected (because their waste of time Bot told me) that they don’t accept payments in from gambling sites it’s against their policies.
But they were very happy to accept three payments going out to 3 different sports betting sites which is apparently also a breach of their policies according to Bot.
Double standards here me thinks
