It is a useful card, you get a few perks, even with a free membership. I did not go for a paid one as it did not appeal to me. I know some people, who have a paid membership and are happy with it. A good app, easy to manage how you spend your money and staying in control, you get a few interesting offers and could use your points towards some purchases.

The app setup process was straightforward and the virtual card worked quickly after approval.

I mainly use it for daily spending and online payments, and the experience has been smooth so far. The app interface is clean and spending notifications are fast.

I also appreciate that the onboarding process felt modern compared with some traditional banks. Customer support responses were clear when I had questions.

Still early days, but my first experience has been positive.

Worst banking app in the uk, i lost my phone and someone used my card in tfl, i tried replace the card and they asked me a million questions meanwhile on other banking app you can do it in 1 second from the app.

Horrible experience

What a great card, I've cancelled my others cards because the rewards are second to none also great service when you need anything. The team is so responsive and helpful.

App downloaded quickly, card arrived promptly. Selected my pin and put in my details. All good. First transaction decline - informed I needed to activate the card. Activated the card. Went to pay again two weeks later at a different vendor, pin declined, try again pin declined. Only way of changing the pin was issuing a new card. To much like hard work. Tried didn’t work, moving on.

Really good account to have and the rewards are pretty good too managed to make quite a few quid just by signing up and using the card.

I joined Yonder a year ago when I felt another well-known blue credit card did not grant me points I could regularly use in my day-to-day life. The rewards on Yonder keep improving, and actually are stuff that I can use more. The app interface is great, and really clear. I am an extremely happy convert!

Awful experience. Messed up my trial and allocated me points then took them away, then I had fraud on my account, then when my new card arrived it won’t allow me to add it to Pay. Support don’t know what is going on and don’t seem to understand how to look after customers who take a chance on them over Amex.

Solid company. Never had any issues. The app and the no foreign exchange fees is the best part. 10 out of 10!!! Beats any of the other large companies
